So the good first: the location is definitely tops. We walked to museums, restaurants, and shops with ease (although no-one walks in this city, so be prepared for perplexed stares). The staff was courteous and helpful. And the bed was comfortable.

Staff was absolutely great. There where some problems with my reservation but the staff sorted that out perfectly. My room was large, with a very comfortable bed, a spacious seating area, a large bathroom, and a good amount of storage space. The location is great...More
