My husband and I went to celebrate an anniversary. We visited museums nearby which we walked to. There are nearby bars and restaurants we also walked to. Great location. The room was really unique and had great personality. We loved the espresso machine, the glass bathroom wall, and the gigantic mirror in the room.
$$$ for bare bores room, Sad! Four ($4.00), yes, i said $4 for a bottle of water. no tissue, no safe. Parking Fifteen $15.00 plus 1.50, so 16.50 a night. No restaurant, no bar. A lot per room , plus everything else, or not everything else, however you view it. The location is great, but I'm starting to look else where. Enough, of not enough.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location! Lots of good food and shopping within walking distance. Very close to the La Brea Tar Pits and LACMA. The location is central to LA and not far from many great sites.
We stayed overnight, our first hotel experience since the pandemic. We checked in on line, got our room keys and found our room easily. It had just what we needed. It was clean and well appointed. The bed was firm and comfortable. The coffee was good to start the day. We had breakfast across the street at the Farmers Market. We checked out on line, and went on our way.
I originally booked this hotel because it allows pets and was near where a friend lives but had a great experience. The hotel has a small, fun, boutique vibe to it, staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is near all sorts of shops and restaurants. I definitely would stay there again and recommend the hotel to my friends and family.
Disappointed in the service provided. the morning Supervisor was very rude! 0ur room ran out toilet paper and it took over all day to receive any for the room. Ended up working to the store to get my own!
Nice hotel at a great location...right across from Farmers Market. about 10 minute drive to Beverly Center. Fifteen min walk to LA Museum of Modern art. Same for La Brea Tar Pits..( don't miss them) . Only thing I would have liked was a designated smoking section somewhere on the grounds.
Wow, I get covid restrictions, but having to go down to the front desk when you run out of toilet paper... that was a first.. need I say more...oh and I know it fashionable but concrete floors but they aren't warm friendly or great in bathrooms.
Friendly staff, cool rooms, great location right across the street from The Grove. Had an issue with our initial room, front desk worked expeditiously to remedy the problem. John, at check in and Juliette at check out had shining personalities.
When you have clean rooms available, charging $30 extra for a noon check-in is tacky and unfortunate. I'd rather pay more for a hotel that doesn't grab at every dollar they can get. Also, please get that poor lonely parakeet a friend. If you're going to cage a flying critter please at least give him/her a friend to pass their time with.
