This hotel has a good location with port Marina del ray, where nice to walk, also Venice and Monica beach. There is a rental bike on the beach(on foto), starbucks and a steep promenade on the ocean. Inside the hotel is clear, modern, the room is lagre and comfortable. The hotel has paking for car and very comfortable. Very nice hotel courtyard. (on foto).
We are so grateful to the Inn at Venice beach for taking us in at 11pm when we landed in LAX to find our Airbnb was occupied by another person unbeknownst to us. We were frightened and didn't know what to do and they got us a room at short notice. The room was big and spacious, clean and the most cosy beds! Thank you so much
Weekend stay, it was a very convenient location, beds were comfortable, not noisy, staff friendly, they helped us do an early check in, rooms spacious, beach literally two blocks away and loads of restaurants and coffee shops. Only negative thing is bathroom could have been cleaner
The room was less than clean and had an odor possibly due to location. I began feeling sick and nauseated the second day that continued throughout third day. Remote didn’t work and when front desk was notified, we had to go down there to get batteries. They didn’t have the correct size so had to go without a working remote. It would have been nice of them to come to room to find out they didn’t have right size. Wasted trip to front desk. Beds are horrible. Didn’t sleep well and we had a loft which was extremely hot in March. Pull out bed was uncomfortable and noisy as well. Stairs creek and couldn’t stay quiet if needing to use restroom. No one slept well. This place was mid level at best (probably 2 star) and unless you have to stay in the area I would avoid. Expensive to Uber to airport or downtown or Hollywood or universal. I’ve stayed in the area a few times and there just aren’t any hotel options that I would recommend. Positives. Location to beach is fantastic and front desk man at checkin and during day was incredible.…
I fly globally and stay in a lot of hotels. This experience was one of the most insulting I have ever experienced. No microwave in the room – just a Kruger machine. For 270.00 I got a room with a view of the parking lot when the parking lot was less than a half full. The place was like a ghost town. The walls were filthy. I am small and could barely fit in the bathroom. And then the bathtub water backed up while I was in the shower. Asked for a late checkout and after all my concerns which I shared about the place and the lack of any kind of shine at all on the place (lackluster hotel – dingy), they wouldn’t even consider a late check-out of an hour so I didn’t have to roam around waiting for my event to start. Their excuse was because of extra cleaning due to covid which is a bunch of bull. They really acted like I was lucky they were open. I would have gone to a motel 6 – better service and you get what you pay for. It was a $50 experience for $270.00 at the Inn at Venice Beach.…
Bed is soft to the point of falling into it. Told the desk and they told me their reviews on Trip Advisor were overall good, and he took my $300+ for "deluxe" king room with no view, no breakfast, and parking extra. Location is good and what you're paying for. Seeing their was no sympathy for a terrible bed except to brag about their Trip advisor ratings, here's mine.
I have stayed at the Inn at Venice Beach on Washington Blvd 4 or 5 times the past few years. Just stayed there again for 6 days. First, the staff is always friendly and there to help/go the extra mile. Rooms/entire hotel is really clean and all rooms are a very good size with comfy beds. Pre-Covid, I loved the big morning continental breakfast which added great value to the already reasonably priced rooms. Perfect location to a ton of restaurants on Washington and close to the beach. 1 minute walk to the Venice Canals too. Love this place and will definitely stay there again and again. I always feel welcome there and recognize the same main staff members every time I’ve gone the last 3 years. Well done Inn at Venice Beach!!!
The location (2 blocks from the Venice Pier) is only a few minute walk to the beach, and the start of the walk to the famed Venice Beach Boardwalk (which is pretty much a must do if you are in LA). This hotel is also right in the midst of cool and fun places to eat and drink, just a few steps away. Baja Cantina and Siamese Gardens (Thai food) are literally next door. You can park and then never move the car for a week! (Note-parking is $22 a day, but it’s worth it!). VictorB
Our family trip started as a disaster. Our originall Airbnb didn’t show with the keys so we had no where to stay. The Inn at Venice Beach was able to accommodate us at 2am and there customer courtesy is excellent. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and I would stay here again.
We stayed here for 5 nights and loved the place and it’s location. Emad greeted us and set the standard for first rate service. The rooms was spacious and clean. Internet was acceptable as was the included breakfast. The location was great. We were at the border of the canals and could walk to restaurants, the beach and shopping. Easy to enjoy.
