Fantastic stay at this amazing guest house, a really special place to stay and really didn't want to leave! Staff were amazing and very helpful, rooms were lovely and the decor very quirky, nice relaxing gardens and an amazing beach just yards away. Highly recommended

Being just a block from the beach and pier is a big attraction. The service was good though the breakfast was mediocre. Bathrooms clean but guests selfish about use by all, (not the inns fault) Historically very enjoyable inn!

We stayed in the loft style room and it worked great for our family of 4. Room was very clean and front desk staff was helpful. The parking was convenient and the beach was just a short walk. We would stay here again!

I booked 2 rooms for 1 night at Venice Beach Hotel, but 2.5 days prior to arrival my travel plans changed and I needed to cancel 1 room. The hotel doesn't clearly disclose the cancellation/refund terms clearly, which on their website clearly states that if you cancel with less than 7 days notice, you will receive a refund if they...

We stayed for the second time at the Venice Beach House in early December. It feels like a home (the house is a historic landmark) and we love sitting on the porch and in the beautiful garden, very relaxing after a flight from Europe. It's only a minute to the beach, a few restaurants are nearby, you can walk around...

We use it for all of our company travel to LA! Perfect distance from Santa Monica, where most of our meetings are. Booking with them is amazingly easy, they treat us so well, absolutely love this place! Highly recommend it.

I spent a whole morning visiting the majority of the hotels when I checked out of the Erwin and in my opinion, The Venice Beach House is the best hotel in Venice. After two nights in the Erwin, I fancied somewhere with a bit more charisma and character so, I set off early and visited hotels all along the coastline...

This beautiful house is tucked away from sight but is a stone's throw from Venice beach sidewalk. We had such a wonderful stay, the rooms were sumptuous, the communal areas lovely to relax in and take a sunny breakfast. We stayed in a family room which was plenty big enough for the 4 of us. Staying in such wonderful surroundings...

Such a wonderful gem in Venice Beach. My friend and I had a wonderful stay and were extremely impressed with the bed and breakfast -- incredibly well-maintained with excellent service. We hope to return next year! Keep it up, guys!

We loved this bed and breakfast. It's beautiful location, comfortable rooms and friendly staff keep us coming back. You can walk to the beach and a number of local restaurants and shops. I am sure we will be back for another visit.

Staying in Venice

Neighbourhood Profile
Venice
Venice has always danced to its own beat as the epicenter of bohemian culture in Los Angeles. Along the boardwalk there are street performers and local craftsmen selling their wares. Original paintings, souvenirs, and jewelry are on display. Crowds of visitors marvel at the sites while weightlifting enthusiasts pump iron in plain view, and skateboarders do their tricks around the skate park. All of it happens under the warm California sun with sprawling views of sand and sea. Heading east, the main drags of Abbot Kinney Boulevard and Main Street are lined with boutique shops, some major retail stores, art galleries and restaurants. Here the ambiance is more relaxed and upscale than the frenetic boardwalk area. Venice is a mostly walkable (and certainly bikeable) neighborhood, full of areas to explore.
