I just want to say if you are staying in Lone pine, Just stay here. All the way from the booking to the checkout was GREAT! It is an older hotel, updated!! They have done a really great job. We were in town early and they gave us an early check in because our room was ready. It was so...

We came back to Lone Pine on this summers road trip to explore Manzanar National Park, located 3 miles north of Lone Pine. It is a must see. Mazanar, The War Relocation Center, was one of ten camps where Japanese American citizens "resident Japanese aliens" were interned during WWII. Manzanar is must -see for every American -- actually everyone should...

Visited the first week of September.... I would like to highlight both Margarita and Leigh... the Front desk staff. Margarita is familair with us as guests and apparently saw us on the reservation list. When she noticed we did not reserve the ADA compliant room, (which is customary for our Disabled Father's needs), she actually called me the same day...

Loved this motel. Looked like a throwback to the 50s but the rooms were very modern and stylishly appointed. The rooms were large enough for me to throw a ball back and forth for my dog. Nice pool and lawn area with tables and chairs for breakfast al fresco. Breakfast was great with plenty of options of hot and cold...

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Lone Pine Best Western after a day of touring Death Valley National Park. The room was big, the beds very comfortable, the staff was very helpful in recommending places to eat. The town itself is very cute, they used to shoot lots of movies there in the 30s and 40s, and they...

Booked 3 rooms on short notice and turned up not expecting much for the money. What a surprise. Nice people at checkin, big rooms all having names after old movie stars on the door. Our "Iron Eyes Cody" room had two big beds, with lots of room to move and a big bathroom. Nice and clean. A good sized heated...

We just stayed there for the 2nd time this year. The 1st time we had an incredibly nice, large room. This time they were pretty well booked, so we got a queen room instead of king. Very small. The bathroom was still very large, but there wasn't a counter of any kind in there, and no light over the sink....

This hotel should not be rated as a BW Plus. At best, its an average BW hotel. I was looking forward to something much better. Turns out, its an old dated one story building that has been remodeled in a major effort to modernize it. Everything was new and clean, but the feeling was 1970s. Also, there was no hot...
