I booked this because it was cheap and close to Tulare for the World Ag Show. There's a reason it was cheap and available. The room was very spacious, the biggest I've ever had in the US, but it was poorly furnished. The door didn't lock from the inside, the shower had no hot water and the towels put on...

Considering the price, we were surprised at how big the room was. It consisted of two large beds, one in the living room and the other in the separate bedroom. There is only one television in the living space. It has a kitchen with a frig and microwave, but I didn't use them. The individual parking right next to your...

Very friendly staff/owner/manager. Room was simple but clean and fine. We stayed there for 2 nights and visited Sequioa during the day, which is less then an hours drive & King's Canyon. Each room has its own parking space, which we really liked

It's good enough considering the price so clearly don't expect much. The only issue we had was the fact that the air-conditioning was only in the living room and did not cool down the bed room so we couldn't really sleep. Also there's no ice machine. On the upside it's cheap, quiet and there are shops and gas station nearby.

We arrived late in the evening. The owners were very kind to wait for us. The room was clean and spacious. The only point, it is quite warm inside (would have been nice to cool down the room with the air con before the customers come). The very nice point is that you have a garage allocated on the side...

Surprisingly Wonderful, Clean, No Bugs, we got a crazy good price on Priceline. It is a really great quaint place. Very southwest with beautiful roses in front of every room. Staff/Owner very helpful. Older place but well kept. Close to Sequoia national park, perfect for a nights sleep between exploring the park.

This hotel is nestled in with some run down apartments in a part of town where nearly every business is boarded up. The managers have tried to make this hotel clean, and I appreciate this, but the facilities are run down. There was almost no water pressure and there was no hot water.

My friend and I stayed 2 nights - two beds in two separate rooms. There is also a full kitchen, but no dish/kitchenware. If you plan to use it, make sure you bring your own - down to the forks and spoons! It's a quiet location, off of the main road. It's about 10mins to the center of Lindsay where...

We traveled in three but they provided us towels only for two persons, linens have stains plus the headboard of my bed has blood. There is a strange smell in the parking that affects also the rooms plus the air conditioning is really noisy. In this conditions sleeping in the car is more comfortable.

I had to spend a night in Lindsay and I came upon this motel, for the price have to say the rooms where great as well as the service. It was close to many restaurants and near the Lindsay downtown. It is a quiet place and truly a great price for this room. The room was clean and again the...
