I so enjoyed my stay here in 2013, that I decided to come back with my 10 year old niece on our Summer Road Trip. We stayed in room 10, which is upstairs and has partial lake and town views. Plus, it's a bit bigger...More

This was an overnight stay for us (2 adults, 2 teens). Very laid back place. The bathroom was clean and did not run into any issues sharing it with another family. No A/C. Open windows and fans in room. Slept wonderfully despite the occasional semi...More

this is a very rural quaint town and you will be okay. family of five, well. you will all have to share. this is the cutest place to stay in town and i say do it. just be mindful that you all have to share the bathroom.

I think this question is meant for the motel staff...not the Trip Advisor members. I reserved this motel online: google 'El Mono motel".

Bennett's wife here. The lake has a LOT of flies on it & fly larvae in it. Perhaps people go in...I haven't seen it, though. Only kayaks, etc.
