barona is a fun place to go to if you don't feel like driving all the way to vegas. their hotel room is very nice and very comfortable. there is an assortment of restaurants to go to depending on what you feel like having. you cant go wrong with a huge scoop of gelato for $0.50 in the food court...

Checked in Saturday night June 8th, 2013. Valet was eager to help, but we self parked and bell hop was speedy! The rooms are nice. For coffee drinkers these rooms have a Keurig. Barona is a fun place to go if you just want to get away and be in an environment that feels like you are in the country. They have a beautiful rose garden, lovely places to walk, great food, nice rooms, and gambling. We love eating in the Steakhouse, it is truly wonderful.

I love BARRONA, easy to ask for comps, they have very goods foods there. From Chinese foods to Mexican, American, Italian, I love them all. Their rooms was cleaned also the views so pretty, I liked them so much.

We go to Barona once a month. My husband goes here to play cards, and blackjack is his favorite game. I usually chat with my husband over a cup coffee at the restaurant called Café Sage, then read my e-books while he goes playing cards or golf. Very disappointing, especially at the price of $26.99 ($21.59 with Casino card). Lots of choices but the quality is lacking. More attention should be focused on the cooking phase, so as to insure food is not over/under done. One of the items I choose was "bay shrimp" and found them to be mushy. Stayed here in a suite for a night just to getaway. It has a very nice ambience, very relaxing, staff are friendly, accommodating and professional. Rooms are spacious and clean. Room service are absolutely fantastic!
