Our experience was great. The camp host was very friendly and full of information on site seeing in the area. Can not cancel reservation that is less than 10 days before your stay. Your are close to your neighbors. Could be noisy if neighbors are not co considerate.

Nice quiet campground. Little bit off main road. Good base camp to see redwoods. Had pullthrough with water sewer & 50 amp electric. Roads we're a bit swamped with all the March rain they were having.

We meet both the camp hosts and the owner of the park during our 3 days stay. I must say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back next time around. The park is kept very nicely. There is a general store to provide some of the things you may have forgotten to bring. You can buy wood...

We booked to camp here for 2 nights. There was a large group of kids staying and they made a lot of noise well into the night. No one seemed to keep them quiet and they were encouraging skunks into the camp which continued with the noise. A bear was sighted in the camp a day or so before (according...

What a Great place. The staff are very helpful, even explaining where places are and how to get there. It is right on the river and close enough to a store, gas station, the drive through tree and "Trees of Mystery". Each site has cable hook up and the internet works in our RV and not just near the lodge...

Stayed at KK for a week and enjoyed the place. We did the Saturday night BBQ, one Salmon and one chicken. It was delicious! Fairly large place but divided into sections and it felt very comfortable. Lots of space for the dogs and nature all around. We did the river jet boats, the redwood forest and the hiking, all good....

Great place to stay if you want to explore Northern California forests. We made Kamp Klamath our base camp while we explored hiking trails in the area. Really friendly and helpful staff. Delicious Saturday night BBQ and warm folksy entertainment.

We only had a couple of problems. One was the free range chickens and keeping them away from out campsite. After five days and needing a shovel to clean up the poop and being told "well we can't potty train chickens" The owner did put a sign up to not let the chickens out. The other is they need to...

We made reservations for a tent site after reading reviews & seeing pictures of this place. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed! When we arrived the 2 available "open" sites were still occupied, but they remedied that fairly quickly, by having us follow them to one of the sites while they asked the people to leave.H owever, after driving through the...

If beautiful grounds, amazing food, friendly/diverse clientele, and out-of this-world customer service are details you like, Kamp Klamath is the spot for you! This wasn't just a campground; it was an experience of serenity. We're a traveling-show-business family from Texas (not those kind of Texans, I hope). We had been on the road for a couple of weeks and stumbled...
