Location wise, this place is quiet and the bus from the train station stopped just outside the hotel. The onsen area is huge and quite quiet at certain time so you can get a certain privacy. The hotel room has a good view and is very relaxing. We had a tatami room n they made up the room while we...

Usually I review hotel based on Location, Room and Price, but I included meal since both breakfast and dinner included. Getting there.. you may take the public bus from JR Noboribetsu Station, the public bus allows bring huge luggages on board. Please note there are 2 bus route. First one with higher frequencies travel from JR Station to Noboribetsu Onsen...

We had a room with 2 beds overlooking the roof garden. The bathroom was the usual compact Japanese bathroom. The room was clean, but smelt smokey. The pillows had chucky things inside. They had an onsen with many different pools with different minerals. Buffet dinner and breakfast were included. Good selection if you like Japanese breakfasts. As usual in Japan...

A family of 2 adults + 6 years old girls stayed one night of 25th Oct, in a western-japanese room, i.e., 2 twin beds + a futon on tatami for the 3rd person. Our room was roomy with comfortable modular toilet + shower. Dinner & breakfast buffet had good variety, including crab, and tasty. Enjoy the meal. I didn't like...

This is the first stop of my Hokkiado winter trip. We took their shuttle bus from New Chitose Airport to here, it cost 500yen/pax & it takes abt 90minutes. I already noticed the distance of the hotel to Hell Valley & the street. However, I still book it as my stay in Noboribetsu. Then, I was regret the next early...

I only stay a night in this hotel, the twin bed is quite large, and the room is quite spacious as well. I don't have the chance to use the bathtub because I occupied the hot spring instead. Hot spring is separated sex, only close during 2am to 5am for cleaning if I not mistaken. I like their buffet very...

Great experience to stay in hotels in Japan where they have onsen so that you could relax during afternoon or late after dinner. We went in February and it was snowing especially during winter. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Restaurant served a variety of food for your taste buds. Imagine so much food to select from. In Hokkaido,...

This is an awesome hotel!! Stayed in a traditional tatami room. Staff were extremely polite. And the price was not as steep as the other hotels in Noboribetsuonsen. The onsen here is great as well. They have around 4 different pools with different minerals inside each of them so you can have a wonderful experience of the onsen. Highly recommended...
