Beautiful area, walk to trains and shops easily. The nearby castle was worth a visit. Stayed for free with brother who was there for work, not sure of the value, but the breakfast was included which was nice! Easy train rides up north, but not convenient for getting to the bullet train in Nagoya so mostly a stop for going...

This hotel is a five minute walk from the river as well as the national treasure Inuyama Castle (which is definitely worth a visit). National treasure tea house can also be viewed (exterior only unless otherwise announced) next to the hotel property (Guided tour is included in admission; just ask at the ticket office, because it is worthwhile.) Extra amenities...

We have stay very short time , it was one day only . The welcoming Was surprising with a lot of good will. The food at breakfast is good, The Onsen ( Japanese traditional bath ) was good too. The only comment I found to be improved is the fact that non of the TV Channels Were in English ,...

That is my second stay in that hotel. It serves us as a break on our trip to the north The rooms and the Lobby are nice and clean. We stayed at the Sacura and all the cherry blossoms in the hotel yard and along the river were amazing. The dinner was very good, but the breakfast was a lower...

I really can't fault the service in the hotel: from the woman running out to our taxi to take the bags and show us to our room to the redirection of a shuttle bus to the particular train station we were leaving from, it was outstanding. The rooms and the hotel are lost in a time warp and we felt...

Sited very near the castle and along the river, I reckon every room here has a nice picturesque view - river facing. Service was friendly and warm. What we enjoyed most was the grand bath - the outdoor onsen was delightful and set in a pretty setting. We made a beeline here every day we stayed. Breakfast had a good...

Room was spacious and clean. We got a twin room with river view and the view was gorgeous. Service was excellent, with hotel staff showing us to our room and helping with all luggages and bags. Onsens were good and all toiletries and skincare were provided. Dinner was excellent. The hotel grounds were beautiful. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel with very welcoming staff. I stayed for a week. Breakfast buffet was good and there is something for every taste, not just Japanese. Room was clean and comfortable. Wifi excellent. The grand bath spa was the highlight, especially the outdoor section. Bed was a little too firm for my liking.

My family and I stayed over @ the Meitetsu Inuyama as part of our "annual onsen pilgrimage" to Nihon aka Japan. We have had different onsen experiences before and the Meitetsu falls somewhere in the middle in our books. General Impressions: the hotel seemed to be build late 80s to mid-90s. Well maintained with decent sized tatami-mat family rooms...with paper...

We were there last summer for a night, we enjoyed sleeping in futon over tatami. I loved the thermal bath but we disliked the kaiseki dinner. Fortunately there were a lot of food and drink machines so you can have a cold beer after the hot bath! It's good for a lazy holiday!
