I was there in Feb 2013 for 2 days while on my way from Phnom Penh to Koh Rong. Firstly, I could not believe the rates (700 INR per night) and hence, didn't expect much. However, to my surprise, it was very comfortable and extremely clean. The location is right on the beach road, a 5 min walk from the...

We don't usually go by the Lonely Planet but this place was ideal for a base in Sihanouk Ville. Room basic but clean and decent linen and towels. The bathroom was a bit damp due to the extract fan not working. Staff helpful and let us leave bags while staying on the islands and also let us take a shower...

We stayed 2 nights and were almost satisfied. The room for 2 with fan cost $8, bathroom clean, cold water but doesn't matter in this hot weather. Soap and towel in the room. The staff was helpful and polite. The rooms are just pretty noisy, they have glass door and guests walk around your door so you can hear every...

Booked a double room, got a downstairs room which didn't feel very safe. It was clean enough but could be much better. There are definitely other place in the area for cheaper. The staff were friendly enough.

This was the nicest room I had in Sihanoukville. It was clean and had an AC. In front of my room was a little garden. The restaurant of the guesthouse was pretty good. The walk to the beach was just 8 minutes. In my opionion the price was a little bit to high.

Ugh, I needed a place to stay while I waited for the boats to resume running to Koh Rong, and I figured all the $8/ night rooms would be the same, but this one was filthy and sticky. No air-con, of course, but the ceiling fan wobbled horribly and I thought it would fall and kill me. Strong mildew smell,...

The rooms were basic, as would br expected at their low price. However, they were also dirty. For example, the sheets were torn and stained and covered in hair and dirt, which suggested that they had not been changed since they were used by the last customers. A single clean towel was supplied between three people. The safety deposit system...

Not the cheapest accommodation around, but surely a nice one. The rooms are flawless, the bathroom a little bit less but still clean. We were actually surprised that we didn't find an AC or TV in the room, since we got at times both in Cambodia when paying half the price of what we paid here. But then again, that...

Arrived very late and they were expecting us. We were promptly shown to our room, and the man on reception was very helpful when we were looking at options to go to Ko Jum. Sihanoukville itself is not great. The hostel is about a 5 minute walk from the beach. Rooms were clean and spacious

Stayed here for 5 nights. A normal 2 beds room with fan and private bathroom without hot water is about 8$ a night. Very reasonable considering the excellent location. The beer happy hour (0,75$) starts everynight at 5pm and ends at 8/9pm. There are cheaper places in town where you can cheaper beers (0,25$) but if you just want to...

Mick & Craig’s Guesthouse is a welcoming, clean, safe, value-for-money Sihanoukville venue. This guesthouse, which opened its doors in 2002, has remained loyal to the backpacker traveler, offering simple cold water fan rooms for a price which suits a small budget.
