For a value range hotel in Sihanoukville this ticked the boxes Thankfully after reading other reviews I was lucky enough to have a ground floor room and right by the pool Perfect The pluses are the friendly staff, the pool area and the varied Breakfast for such a small range Hotel The downside are the showers that soak everything in...

There is a really weird vibe about this hotel. I did not like the other customers who were staying here -- looks like a lot of "sexpats". Yuck. Construction next door is crazy, and the lack of an elevator when you are traveling with tons of luggage and children is ridiculous. Breakfast was good, and pool is nice. The room...

This hotel was the last part of our travel in cambodia. We hoped for a nice relaxing, lay-back hotel. There is indeed a big construction yard 10 meters from the hotel, and there was a big crowd of people eating in the restaurant producing a lot of noise. The rooms we got where ground floor and where small, the shower...

We stayed at Grand Sihanoukville for 2 nights in December. The location was great for where we wanted to be, close to the beach and shops/bars. The pool area was a real plus, the staff friendly and the breakfast was cheap. On the negative, the room we stayed in had a serious mould problem, it smelt terrible and we had...

We stayed here for 3 nights as the end for our Cambodia travel. Needless to say my partner and I were both disappointed. Good: its near the cbd and the beach ( although this is the worst beach in sihanoukville) Bad: the toilet didn't work when we got there and I ended up fixing it for them as they couldn't...

It's a new one hotel, they have very comfortable suites, but view not so beautiful. It's places at very quiet area and about 7 min to the beach. There is a big pool with jacuzzi. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Staff is affable and friendly! This place for amazing holiday.

The only positive things about the hotel was the friendly staff and the pool. Be prepared for you room to smell of mold. The rooms are only worthy on 2 stars and there is no lift so quite a lot of stairs if your on the 4th floor. I only the hope the building site next to the hotel is...

A one night stay. Good staff, clean rooms and a very clean cool pool. Pricing was ok and fair. Situated one street behind the beach was a short tuk tuk ride to most places.
