Stayed in a bungalow with four rooms. My room was clean and aircon very good. Stayed four nights and tryed WiFi many times. No connection or very bad in my room and it was no better at the restaurant. Location very good near the Ochheuteal and Serendipity Beaches .

This is a review of GBT 4 which is down the far end of Ochheuteal Beach but there's no separate listing on TripAdvisor. There are 4 GBT in Sihanoukville so know which one you are going to! Ours was average. We think we paid over the odds as it was a weekend and the town was busy. When we arrived...

We stayed in this dump as we arrived without booking.€20 a day. after first night of my stay I received 53 mosquito bites. then we seen a rat run under the door of our neighbours front door. this is strictly not for anyone and should be closed down. after a shower the water flooded the bathroom floor and took hrs...

We gave this restaurant a shot as we were staying at GBT3. It always seemed busy. Even before my food came out we were regretting having chosen to have a drink here let alone eat. I have no issue when people cannot speak English (obviously), however when staff show no interest in making an effort to communicate and just walk...

What can I say?! Most horrible guesthouse experience so far. Staff are not only unfriendly and ignoring you but also very rude. Rooms have a bad smell, are dirty and my body is now covered with bed bug bites after spending 2 nights there. Even $7 a night is too much for that. Seeing a man getting arrested three rooms...

If you're on a vacation in Sihanouk Ville and looking for a cheap place to stay for a few nights, then this would be a perfect choice unless you're high-class or something. If you want an even cheaper room, you can choose a room with a fan (no air-conditioner). (I know it sounds hot, but you might even turn off...

The rooms are old like most of the Guesthouse. So don't expect luxury. But if you look for a cheap accommodation in this area of Sihanoukville, it is recommendable. The staff is not much friendly but I can live with it.

The staff are rude, ignore you and never smile!! They all look miserable and tired. Our one bed fan room was a shoe box with a toilet that hardly worked, we had to turn our water off when not using it. We moved across the road to 'apple' same cheap price but with a much better room :)

We arrived early in the morning and a taxi man brought us to this guesthouse. We rented some scooters off them and when we brought them back at the end of the day we were told that we broke them! This was defiantly not true... There was a small flat tyre on one of the bikes but we were told...

Plus: good location, decent wifi, cheap price. Cons: everything else! The room had a bad smell, stains on the bedsheets and filthy, disgusting pillows made my sleep very uncomfortable. The bathroom had broken tiles everywhere and very poor pressure from the shower. The receptionists are incredibly unfrendly and the entire property looks run down, as if nobody really cares about...
