We stayed for 1 night in room 6 and unfortunately it was a Mosquitos nest. My boyfriend literally killed 30 Mosquitos In an hour non- stop. Strangely enough the fan in the bathroom was sucking air from outside into the washroom, so obviously as a result there were Mosquitos everywhere and dead ones on the floor. On the bright side...

The hotel is small but nice and the staff is really attentive to your needs. The manager is very professional and the location of the hotel is perfect for people who want to be close from downtown where all the action is, but in a more quiet area. The hotel is small and cozy, the pool could be bigger, the...

This was a great place to crash in the lazy beach town. The manager is great and very accommodating – we screwed up our arrival date, coming in a day late. He kindly offered to split the first night we missed. He also helped with some great recommendations and transportation arrangements. Rooms were nice and clean and included all the...

We stayed at Coolabah on New Year's eve. After 3 nights at one of Koh Rong's backpacker style accommodation, Coolabah's airconditioned rooms, clean sheets and bathroom was a warm welcome. Staff was helpful, smiling (as all Cambodians) and efficient. Hotel is basic but comfortable. Has a homely feel. It is at a very convenient location close to Serendipity Beach at...

The room smelled strongly of mould and the shower drained onto the bathroom floor. Aside from that it was a lovely place to stay. I do think they should have tea and coffee making facilities in the room though.

For the price, represents good value. A convenient spot close to bars and restauraunts. Clean rooms. Staff very well trained, always very pleasant, helpful and efficient. The only grumble I have is that some of the food is just so bland. I tried a few things and had a toasted tuna sandwich that just did not taste of anything -...

Had a great stay at Coolabah. The staff were attentive and helpful, booking trips for us and giving advice. One night I was ill and the waitress offered to get me honey from her own house to help my stomach! They were very kind. The pool is fairly small but very clean. We were in a triple room and it...

I stayed at the Coolabah Hotel for a week in October as part of a month in Cambodia. To be honest Sihanoukville was not my favourite destination in the country, although I did enjoy day trips to the islands, Otres Beach and the national park. I found Ochheuteal noisy, crowded and not overly clean and I disliked being told to...

We overnighted in Sihaunokville before heading out for an early ferry to one of the islands. We arrived late -- but not that late, around 10 or 10:30 p.m. -- and there was no one working the desk at the hotel. Another worker (maybe the bartender?) eventually got us a room after 30min+ waiting and many phone calls. The front...

We spent three nights at Coolabah and couldn't fault it! Professional and friendly service from all members of staff. The restaurant is really good and the portions are huge! We had a spacious triple room on the first floor with a/c, tv, fridge and safe. Really good value! Swimming pool was a really good bonus. Would definitely recommend!
