J’ai été déçu de l’hôtel, accueil pas sympathique, il n’y avait pas de coffre dans la chambre Petit déjeuner horrible, uniquement pour les chinois, bruit et table très sale On me poussais pour prendre ma place au buffet Hôtel n’était pas fini, des travaux partout et Le sol des chambres avec des taches Et oui les chinois mangent dans les chambres Dommage il est beau extérieurement A revoir l’accueil

Nội thất sang trọng theo kiểu hoàng cung 😊😊😊, tiện nghi đầy đủ, nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình và thông thạo tiếng anh, hướng dẫn dịch vụ rất chu đáo, thêm điểm cộng là ks nằm gần biển nên tiện cho buổi tối ra biển ăn hải sản và ngắm pháo hoa,sáng hôm sau là tụi mình đi tàu ra đảo kohrong,... nói chung mình cùng bạn bè đã trải qa kì nghỉ tuyệt vời tại đây, giá cả cũng k đến nổi đắt đỏ, phòng mình ở 125usd/ngay cho 5 người (vì muốn ở cùng nhau nên y/c kê thêm giường phụ và có thu phụ phí)..l 👍👍👍

We booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids through internet . When we arrived they told us they did not have our booking. No welcoming feeling in the check in process. Finally we got a family room . Big surprise when we entered the room and it was very dirty including plenty of lizard dejections all over the room and dust all over the place. Other inconvenience was that the bathtub only had very hot water , so impossible to use it . Luckily the shower was working fine. The next morning we tried to get our breakfast which we achieve to get only the one for the kids , after 30 minutes the adult breakfast did not arrive and we ad to leave. Disappointed is an understatement as this hotel is not the cheapest one. Avoid it , there are other better Hotels next to it .
