This was a great property especially for a last minute reservation. Booked online easily with a great price and in a beautiful town. Free upgraded room was nice as well as having the kitchen and dining room. Will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

Clean, old school type place surrounded by picturesque mountains. The rooms are more like a small apartment with cable, wifi and a kitchenette. Kind of like being a college student but with housekeeping and (in my case) nicer furnishings. We enjoyed it.

Gull Lake Lodge is the best place to stay in June Lake. We stay a few time each winter when we go snowmobiling. The rooms are spacious with a full kitchen and nice bathrooms. This is a great place for a family to stay and is within walking distance to both Gull Lake and June Lake for fishing and not...

We stayed at this location for one night on 1 Sept, 2015. We stayed in King Bed Suite room #15 on the 2nd floor of 2. The suite had a separate bedroom, kitchen/dining room, lounge room and large bathroom. The hotel was not in the main part of town but it a quiet suburban area. There was plenty of off...

Stayed with two friends for one night on the way out from Yosemite. June Lake is a beautiful spot and the motel is very close to the lake. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had an excellent nights rest.

Nice front room with plenty of light and air. Well equipped kitchen with dining area and very large bathroom. Staff was helpful and courteous. Family run and maintained, this was the best place we stayed on a nine day road trip. Great access to Gull Lake and Marina with easy walking distance from town. The tables and chairs outside of...

Large sitting room, well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, comfortable bedroom, breeze keeps rooms naturally conditioned, porch outside with seats and grills, positioned between two lakes, ample parking, quiet, television if you need it. a handsome building...what more could one want? Recommend staying on the upper floor as the rooms on that level get more light. We stayed for a week. The...

Loved it! We were cautiously optimistic with it being an older property but we were so pleasantly surprised. I think this is the cleanest hotel I've ever been in... down to the window sills! The only concern I had was that our refrigerator did not stay very cold so you might want to bring a cooler.

I liked everything about this place: its location, cleanliness, and how well-maintained it was. Best of all, it was a happy reminder of those great family-owned motels i remember as a boy traveling with my family cross-country.
