No matter what kind a hotel you've been in. You don't want to miss this warm family house. Very clean, very comfortable. Nice breakfast, nice people. Room with surprises. You can really get relaxed and enjoy the idyllic town. Hope I can come back and stay longer. I found this great place here and I do want to let more...

We rarely stay at a place more than once, as we like to experience new finds. The Eaglenest is an exception. Just returned from a fun and relaxing time this weekend and will definitely return for another stay. This was our second time there and it was just as magical as our first. Jim and Julie are the perfect hosts,...

We stayed in the Spring room (top-floor room with quite a large bedroom and separate generously sized living room). It was a great, comfortable place to stay. Breakfasts were excellent -- yummy pancakes, tasty quiche, baked apples, pork or turkey bacon. The three golden retrievers are super friendly and great social icebreakers. The hosts were very warm and went out...

We stayed in the Eagle In The Pines cabin that you can rent from the owners. It is 2-3 miles outside the downtown to the east, separate from the main hotel. Very cozy! Clean, two wonderful bedrooms and attached bathrooms. Beautiful furnishings and tile. Small but fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for making meals to eat at the nice...

Jim and Julie are excellent hosts who provided an exceptional breakfast in very comfortable accommodations filled with sweet treats and three lovable golden retrievers who are friendly and considerate. Located very close to the center of town yet...

Our family enjoyed this lovely bed and breakfast in Julian for the first time last week-end. We were not disappointed at the setting, views, and common areas. Especially great in my opinion for families. We filled the house and were welcomed by Jim and Julie with such warmth, you would think we were long lost friends coming home for a...

When you arrive you're greeted by Jim and/or Julie as well as Luke, Will, and Grace, their three golden retrievers! For our first stay in Julian we selected Eaglenest because of the Goldens, we return to Eaglenest not only because of the Goldens, but Jim and Julie are fabulous hosts. Our most recent visit was our 5th. Julie has made...

Just returned from a 2 night stay Eaglenest Bed and Breakfast in Julian and couldn't wait to post my review. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this place.
