The Hacienda was everything I expected it to be - mostly awesome and a little bit dated.
The site feels historic and remote and quiet. It's also spartan, haphazardly furnished, and economical.

The point of visiting is here is the experience. It’s not fair to review this place based on regular hospitality-industry expectations. There’s nothing regular about The Hacienda. My “excellent” rating is about the historic and unique aspect, nothing else.

Try (831) 386-2262 from their FB page. It took them a couple days to respond to my voicemail too. They're a little honeybadger in terms of regular staff hours/duties; appears to be a p/t job for people who live on the base.
