The place is overall good but needs some work. They have a problem with "goatheads" which are thorny seeds. They seem to come from a empty lot next to the pool area. If they get in your bedding, an air mattress will be ruined like mine was. Some of the metal post around the pool area are rusting.

This is a wonderful get away only a short drive from downtown San Diego. There is more activity on holiday weekends especially in summer. There is great hiking and often fun entertainment on Saturday nights.

I've stayed in the Park Models, RVs for rent and in my own rig with full hook-ups. The sites are big and provide an outside table and BBQ. The food in the restaurant is nice and varied. Always friendly staff and the pool are is clean and inviting. Bingo and Trivia some evenings but the regulars seem a little miffed...

When I first visited the resort, I was surprised to find a clothing optional resort more or less out in the "wilderness". It is about 1 hour from San Diego and more or less on the border with Mexico. It took a while to figure out all the helicopters and others that seemed to be watching what was going on,...

Deanza Springs is HOME to many, including SNOWBIRDS! My husband and I call Deanza Springs home from October to May, where we live in our park model home amongst some of the greatest community/family members that we could ask for. We love the hiking, desert, indoor pool, hot tub, gym and many activities organized by the park staff. We also...

had been a member for 13 years until today. I suggest, if you do visit you look closely at your invoices and always KEEP A COPY!! My husband and I will not be returning to this nudist RV park due to the unprofessional actions by the owners and their family members. It's sad really, the employees and residents are super...

I have visited DeAnza several times since 2006, mostly for day visits, but once staying in one of the motel-style rooms. I have visited solo on some occasions, and on others with my wife. Our welcome upon checking in has always been friendly. Whether you want to relax around the pool(s) or go for a hike, this place has the...

I have been here twice a few years apart. Each time it was easy to check in and the RV sites are full hook-up. the unheated pool is big and the hot tube just right...the heated indoor pool has volleyball scheduled regularly. The weather both times here has been good and you able to walk around naked...very nice! It has...

The resort has a variety of accommodations: spaces for tents, RVs, and trailers, as well as a motel, mobile home, and RVs for rent. We three stayed in two rooms of a duplex, with good air conditioning, kitchenette, very clean and comfortable. Even wi-fi at the room! We were with a group and had a delightful time over the weekend....

Beautiful resort in the DeAnza Borrego National Park area. I have stayed in their basic motel rooms, park model trailers, and camped in my own RV. Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, and sauna. There are plenty of hiking available and an old movie set that you can explore. A great place to escape it all.
