I was flying out of LAX for an early morning flight and had to stay close to the airport. I was looking for something affordable since I didn't have a whole lot of time to justify the cost of some of the other hotels close to the airport. I had just left the Best Western in Rancho C so I thought I would try the one by LAX. I have to say I was impressed, first off, the location is right near many restaurants if you want to eat someplace close by. It's also close to Dockweiller Beach which was a plus as I always chill out there before my flights. The rates were really good that night and the hotel overall is a really well-maintanined property with great front desk service.
The hotel itself is a little dated but very well maintained. I felt safe and comfortable walking around the hotel. The gym was small and only had a few pieces of equipment, no worries though as I was going to the beach for a run anyway. Check-in was seamless and the underground had plenty of parking. My room was very large and well kept, it had no weird smells or stains on the carpet. The bathroom was spotless and my bed was huge and very comfortable. Wifi was easy to connect to with a very good signal, so I was able to get in a few hours of laptop time. The overall experience was great and for the area, it's a great deal. What more can I say, as someone who stays in 90 + hotels a year this best Western is a keeper. I will stay here again,

Front desk operator turns lemon 🍋 into lemonade. After two hours of negotiation through LAX with my 80+ year old wheelchair assist wife we discovered the hotel we booked online no longer offered shuttle service so took a cab that dumped us out at the wrong location that turned out to be the best thing that happened to us since arrival. Front desk person canceled our reservation at the other hotel and promptly got us checked in and settled directed us to a nearby restaurant. People like her make us feel happy to know that we choose Best Western whenever we can.

Good place to stay when transiting through Los Angeles. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport. The hotel is clean. The rooms have both a fridge and microwave. There is a guest laundry on each floor. There is a 7-11 store right across the street, as well as a fast-food Mexican place. There are other eateries close by. The bed is comfortable. The shower water temperature stayed steady. I noticed they advertised day rates for travelers, so I presume people who have a long layover at the airport can stay here for a partial day to get some rest.

Spent here just one night after the arrival flight in LA. Close to the airport, the hotel would require some update. Staff was nice, room was clean and breakfast good even if not really various. Overpriced for services offered and the check in process was a bit slow (after an intercontinental flight the only thing you want is having a shower and some rest, not spending 20 minutes at the front desk).

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the hotel. We chose it due to its proximity to a family event. For the Los Angeles area, the hotel was reasonably priced with onsite parking, which is sometimes difficult to find in LA. The staff was personable, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent. There were blackout curtains, which kept out outside light, but there were so many electronic things in the room with dials, read outs, etc., that the room was a little lighter than desirable. The carpet in the room and in the hallway was clean, but work. It likely needs to be replaced.
My wife and I ate the breakfast three times. It was above average as breakfasts go in this class of hotel. There was a good variety of breakfast items. The availability of fresh fruit (apples, bananas, oranges) was appreciated. The hot items were either good (half-round omelet-type eggs, link sausage) or awful (scrambled eggs, turkey sausage). The service personnel were on top of keeping the tables clean and replenishing the breakfast items.
My wife view hotels from a performance to price ratio perspective. For this hotel we see the ratio as very good, and give it two thumbs-up. We would stay there again.

We came here to spend one night before our flight out of LA . We were glad it was only for one night. We needed some food and went across the street. Did not feel safe at all. The room was nice and big, but the hotel is old and in desperate need of some renovation. The staff was very friendly and serviceminded, and the location is great if you need accomodation close to the airport.

I found this place because I am a Best Western Rewards member and we loved everything about it! The location is great, right off the freeway and walking distance to SoFi Stadium. There's also a bus stop conveniently right outside the hotel (or across the street, depending which way you're going) if you don't want to walk. They offer complimentary breakfast and there was definitely something there for everyone. Our room was very spacious and we had all the amenities we needed. I loved that they provide you with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower instead of the tiny little bottles to care for the environment. Everything worked perfect in our room and the alarm clock has a dimmer so the light isn't keeping you awake at night. The parking was underground so when we left the next day our vehicle wasn't hot from sitting in the sun all day. I absolutely recommend this place!

Booked this property because it was very reasonably priced, yet still close to LAX. After clearing entry formalities, a quick phone call to the hotel and they sent the complimentary shuttle within about 10 minutes. The hotel was excellent friendly helpful staff, very large clean room featured a setee along with microwave, fridge, tv etc. It was just what we wanted after a 11 hour flight from London. The area outside the hotel is, perhaps, not the best, but we did walk to a restaurant very nearby and had a nice meal.There were also fast food places and a shop opposite. The following morning we walked to the car hire depot to save going back to the airport. It was around a 15 minute walk and we felt quite safe. We then drove back to the hotel, picked up our luggage, checked out and were straight onto the i405 which is right next door. The hotel also had a small pool and offered a good complimentary breakfast. We would definitely stay here again

We had a great stay here! It was only for one night, but the staff was incredibly friendly and the room was really large, quiet and comfortable. We arrived from the LAX airport and used the free-shuttle service. It was really simple to use and the drive to the hotel was really quick. We were also able to use the free-shuttle service to go pick up our rental car the next day. This was so helpful and nice of the hotel staff to arrange this for us! The room was clean and really comfortable. It was also incredible quiet in the room! We couldn't hear any outside noise. The breakfast had a lot of tasty options to choose from. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

We stayed there for 3 nights on the second day we received a call from from desk asking if we wanted our room to be cleaned out, once we said YES Please they hand out the phone. Our room was never cleaned up. There was an excessive dangerously leakage in the parking garage. In multiple spot’s including an electrical panel. Garbage was not picked up by the elevator in the garage and the fourth floor.

Right on the edge of a not very nice area, a lot of homeless staying under the I405 bridge, but not really a problem if only staying one night. Hotel is nice and a reasonable restaurant almost next door, I would stay there again
When you book tell them you want an airport pickup. Their shuttle runs about every hour. Make sure you book the shuttle at reception the night before you leave.
The Mexican bar next door is not too bad for a Chow down
There are more places to choose from in the Inglewood area.
