Was in town for a wedding and apparently everyone was getting married the same weekend bc almost every hotel was sold out or was charging top dollars. There were room blocks at designated hotels for our wedding, but $500 was the minimum, so I took it upon myself to search for my own hotel and came upon the Fairview Inn & Suites. At best, it looked decent, but I knew I just needed to stay one night so I figured it would be bearable. I was actually very pleasantly surprised. There are some minor cons, but definitely nothing detrimental to our stay. Brianna helped us upon arrival. She was awesome and allowed us to check in early since our room was ready and thank gawd bc we had a wedding at 3:30pm and I needed a place to freshen up. Check-in was smooth and seamless. They also offer complimentary water which normally would prob cost you $5 at any other hotel. The room was decent-good. I mean you get what you pay for. I personally found it fine as we only stayed one night and really just needed a place to sleep. Would I do a girl’s trip here, prob not, but it’s fine if you’re staying 1-2 nights and don’t plan to be in the room much, as we did. The room has pretty much everything you would need less, an iron and safe. There was an ironing board in our room, but I didn’t see an iron, which I suspect can be ordered with housecleaning. The bed and pillows are comfy and linens clean. Btw, they only offer cleaning if you stay more than four days, which is fine with us bc we don’t really care for cleaning anyway. Parking was easy and free; this is a plus as most hotels have a fee for parking. We never went downtown but I believe it’s walkable as one of the restaurants I’ve been to before is just a half mile walk. Some minor cons…..the AC is LOUD. The fan in the bathroom is even louder. Walls are pretty thin, and we could hear people talking but thankfully they were not sold out so I don’t think we had neighbors above us, just next to us. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you have no other options. Healdsburg is just really hard bc sometimes you can get a nice hotel at a decent price, then other times, there is nothing available and you’re going to pay an arm and a leg for a 3-star.

The desk clerk at this motel was very pleasant and extremely helpful! The rooms were comfortable and clean. There was no towel rack by the sink, which would have been nice. There was not chain on the door to enable securely opening the door partway One of the rooms had a microwave but no refrigerator, so our friend in that room did not bring her leftovers back to the motel. Apparently they are working on the motel, and these things will be remedied

We needed to be within walking distance of the center off Healdsburg without breaking the bank. We had modest expectations and knew about some of the quirks of the place (namely very thin walls!!), so we arrived with eyes wide open. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. The room was standard- nice size, comfortable bed, functioning bathroom. Only in wine country would a hotel room normally worth about $75 cost $200, but again, we knew how expensive the comparable places were. So, for 2 nights, it was certainly fine and we spent little time in the rom other than sleeping and showering. My guess is if we weren't restricted to walking, that other options a few miles away would have been a better value proposition. No raving, nor no complaints!

We booked a last minute trip to Healdsburg,CA found the Fairview Inn had availability so we booked it. We are so happy we did. It was very conveniently located close to all the downtown restaurants and wineries. Our motel room was upstairs room 222 very nice, clean, and very comfortable beds. It had 2 Queen beds, a big refrigerator, AC unit, and a Keurig with coffee. The hotel seemed sold out yet very quiet until 1AM when our nextdoor neighbors returned drunk and loud. Our room had a connecting door which was not sound proof. Other than that we will definitely book this motel again.

Room Tip: Avoid a adjoining room door the sound travels through the door easily. We liked being upstairs.

stayed in the king suite a couple of nights ago and couldn't be happier. it was clean spacious, no carpet which is preferred . the bedroom has good lighting, ceiling and each nightstand.. there is a wetbar , fridge, microwave and keurig coffee machine. during these take out only times, a microwave is a must. the bedroom is separated from the sitting area and 2 TVs. price? 130 plus tax per night AAA rate.

Hotel looks nice and clean. Lobby look so modern and colors and artwork looks so well combined. Front desk clerk was so nice and knows quite well of giving us direction on places we needed to see. Are room was so clean and cozy. Has a kitchenette that’s very convenient. Coffee maker, microwave, Refrigerator. The only down fall for me was the bed it was to firm. Pillows weren’t comfortable. They need to replace pillows. Bathroom was good. I love the shower head gives a relaxing feeling when you take a shower Towels were soft and plenty to use. There’s a lot of Resturant and stores. Bush Garden it’s not that far. Breakfast was ok. Tasty coffee. They need to put a little more of variety for breakfast. But overall I would definitely go back.

Though the name has changed to Fairview Inn & Suites, it remains an affiliate of America Best Value Inns. This is the least expensive lodging in Healdsburg by a wide margin so all I was seeking was a convenient location plus cleanliness and I was not disappointed. Situated close to an exit off the highway, yet far enough away so noise from traffic was not a problem. Also, it is located only a 1/2 mile from the Plaza, any easy walk or drive. We were warmly greeted on entering and told our room was not yet available but the clerk promised to call us as soon as possible and she did. The rooms looked to be recently renovated while being very clean though do not expect extras. I would recommend this inn for anyone seeking moderately priced rooms in the Healdsburg area.

Stayed for a night while in Wine Country. I was bit skeptical at first, but the service was great and the room was spacious and well kept. If you’re looking for a fancy, luxurious hotel this isn’t your place, but if you want a clean comfortable room at a great price for that are this is the place for you.

This motel gives you basically what you need--comfortable bed, serviceable bathroom, refrigerator, and microwave close to town. There are no frills--no pictures on the wall, not much attempt to decorate the rooms or the exteriors. The only problem that we had was that after lugging our stuff up the stairs to the second floor, we found the room that we were assigned, unclean, so after telling the front desk, we lugged our stuff back down the stairs to a room in the process of being cleaned on the first floor.

From the outside, it looks a little worn, but you will be surprised and pleased with the service you receive upon arriving and the beautifully remodeled room interiors. A great bang for your buck in a very expensive region. Breanna greeted us at the front desk- a “can do” kind of girl, who is young, dynamic, and a local. We had a problem with our reservation, made on line, and Breanna was on the phone asking questions and ready to solve it. She gave us local maps, tips, and was an enthusiastic representative for this hotel. The rooms were a delightful sight: remodeled with granite countertops, a large bathroom, new chrome fixtures, dramatic ecru walls with white trim and accents. The windows have beautiful plantation shutters and the room includes a small microwave and refrigerator. Some of these older motels are shabby updates, with new paint over old wood, cheap coverups in every direction. This is not the case here. We just might stay an extra night- wonderful location near the center of town.
