Lovely Hotel 5km outside florenville. We stayed 3 night, The Hotel room was large and spacious with a good sized bathroom and view over the garden. The Hotel was spotlessly clean and the garden was well laid out. the Hotel offers various spa treatments and has a sauna and swimming pool. The swimming Poole is great after a days site seeing, the only negative was the fact you were expected to pay 30€ to use the sauna for 1 hour, needles to say it was not being used.
The owner spoke a little english but had a good sense of humour and all the staff were friendly.
The Hotel does not do evening meals which we found a little off putting meaning we had to travel into Florenville for our evening meal.
There were a few english guests staying and the owner put on eggs bacon and beans for us in addition to the Continental breakfast which was excellent.
The internet did not work in the 2nd floor suite we had booked, but the owner was in the process of installing signal boosters. It did work very well in the bar area.
This is a great Hotel for viisting the Ardenne and Luxembourg.
Overall a great experience and one Hotel i am sure to recommend to others.
The Hotel also has secure on site parking.

The hotel is perfectly located next to Florenville and only a few km away from the Orval abbey. Our room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed a beer at the bar on the ground floor. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing, with a vast choice of bread, cereals, jams, chocolate spreads and so on!
Certainly recommended!

On arrival everything was fine and the room waiting for us . Nice clean hotel, large clean room , Although the room was a touch to warm . Had evening meal at the hotel witch was very nice , as was the breakfast ( actually the breakfast was very good ) would definitely stay hear again if in the area.

Hotel was situated in the middle of nowhere which was perfect for us - nice and quiet. Rooms were nice and clean.
Front desk attendant was pleasant and the evening waitress was lovely, taking time for a fair amount of chit-chat with us. The food was ok, but nothing stunning. The beer selection was fantastic and breakfast was great.

We booked this hotel one day in advance while on a road trip through Belgium in April. After visiting the nearby Orval Abbey (great beer), we stopped at this wonderful hotel in the town of Izel (just a few miles away). The people at this hotel made the experience. After showing us our great room (room 25, spacious, garden view, TV, big bed), we had a drink at their on site bar downstairs.

While I enjoyed a beer from Orval and a rarer Westvleteren Abbey Ale, we visited with the manager (Franscesco) and his family and talked about the area and their experiences. It was a memorable and great experience we will never forget.

For people visiting from other countries, the primary language in this part of Belgium is French, and the hotel is easily accessible. They also have high speed internet that works well.

There's not much more that I can say than c'est maginfique!

We stayed at this hotel really cute Florenville near the Abbey of Orval and the French border, during our trip in Ardenne.
The Hotel is very comfortable and quiet, with clean and full bathroom, free wifi and a really good and plentiful.breakfast.
Very, very nice the owner, who well advised us for dinner and visits in the surrounding area.
Unfortunately we could not use the swimming pool at the back of the garden but it seemed like the height.

We had a quick stopover at this hotel travelling across Europe and what a wonderful gem to find. The owner was very very helpful and did everything he could to make us welcome. We had a great family room a duplex which comfortably slept the family. Very very clean and with a little kitchen made our stay very flexible with a little baby. Only a few minutes drive from a lovely little town with many nice restaurants.

Well worth a stop en-route.

Very kind owner, provided better accommodation than the reservation, no extra charges.
The hotel is simple but charming and full.
The rooms follow the same pattern, with floor heating and great bathrooms.
Free parking and nice garden.
We will return and indicate to you that you are in this region, as this will be your best option.

My work found this hotel for me. It was a great relaxing place to be.
They offer breakfast but no lunch or dinner.
Florentville is only 5km away with a good restaurant selection.
The room are nice with a spacious washroom.
It is a great place to spend a few days.
The owners are young and very welcoming.
