This is my fourth trip to Serenisea and the only time I have been disappointed. I chose to go by myself for a retreat and selected the Colt House. It was the right size. Great view. Lovely hot tub. Tidy & clean, but really tired. Kitchen drawer totally broken, sliding closet door "swinging." One drapery rod just propped up so...

I love this place. Very simple, nothing-fancy cabins on a cul-de-sac overlooking the ocean, each with a fireplace and a share of a beautiful jacuzzi directly above the crashing waves. It's romantic, quiet, pleasant and calming, and I'd spend every weekend there if I could. Worth the drive!

My husband and I have stayed in 4 houses and have booked through serenisea 5 times . The blue haven , colt, cove house and the seaperch twice our favorite but currently not available for rental . The houses have all been clean and comfortable . We love the convenience of late check in , open until 8 I believe...

As others have noted, the decor is mid-80's. We were in cottage 6 which is on the bluff edge. When we arrived, the hostess was polite but tried to tell me that we had reserved the cottage for two nights. She wanted me to pay for two nights but I produced my reservation letter which clearly stated our reservation was...

We had a cottage with a cove exposure and it was very nice. The area of the hot tub provided even more spectacular views of the ocean . The units were large and equipped with TV, fridge, kitchen, coffee maker, stove - -all the equipment necessary to ''make you feel at home''. The unit we stayed in had a fireplace...

We stayed at Colt Cottage for two nights. The steps leading up to the house are rickety, and one is completely broken. As others have mentioned the decor and provisions are very old. There is a very old TV hanging awkwardly over the dining room table that we never used, and a tape player - yes, a TAPE player -...

Visit this facility at your risk. These folks run a shoddy operation. Their facility is not maintained in a safe and sound condition. Because of a shower stall unequipped with either grab bars or an anti-skid mat, I fell while showering and sustained multiple rib fractures. Our experience has been made more egregious because of how they have handled it....

It was cozy with all the essentials. The weather and views were great. The only flaws for me was having only one toilet in our cabin to share and no cell phone service for miles. It's a great place to get away and spend time with family and close friends.

We stayed in cabin 6. The view was beautiful. The cabin could use some work, but for the price I can deal with it. I was there to enjoy the ocean and you couldn't get any better on the view from this cabin. It is also pet friendly so we could take our little dogs along with us. We very much enjoyed...

The view was great. Nature never disappoints! However, the accomadations were very disappointing. The a/c did not work and the temperature was in the 90s. The TV upstairs where the beautiful scenery was did not work at all . The water well must have gone out and we had to literally leave the water drip for an hour to catch...
