We booked at the last minute when visiting Yosemite, this isn't far from the western exit from the park. Large room, comfy beds, TV, fridge, coffee machine and nice bathroom. No wifi but we were knackered from travelling all day so didn't need it. They have a nice little pool and hot tub but we never got around to using... More

I visit Yosemite often and I usually prefer staying in this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, clean and it is very close to the park. Once in a while, somehow their rates are high, then I chose other options in Mariposa. I *love* the restaurant next door! Buck Meadows. Food is delicious, staff is friendly and price is great! Looking... More

Pros - Reasonable price, convenient location to Yosemite (15 minutes from Yosemite entrance and 30-45 minutes from valley floor), accommodating management (loaned me his sharp knife to cut up a pineapple), wonderful soft towels made in India, park your car just outside of your room, shower head is good. Cons - The rooms are kind of dark décor and not... More

Four of us (two couples) stayed in a queen deluxe room, which was the perfect size for our group. Room was very clean and well-kept. The fridge and sitting area were great to have to store and prep the food and supplies we brought into the park each day. The beds were very comfortable, especially after long days of hiking... Convenient location, close to Yosemite. Adequate check in, king room on 2nd floor nicely appointed and very clean. Quiet surroundings. Wifi adequate for checking email. Gas pump (card only) at neighbours. Restaurant Buck Meadows is your place to go for dinner and breakfast. Happy people there!

This hotel is 55 minutes or so from the valley but it is so worth staying here. Tioga road is even closer than that. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and a drive to the valley is wonderful. They have pool and hot tub to help relax your muscles from all day walking. They have benches by the rooms where... More

This motel is ideally sited for a trip into Yosemite and priced very reasonably in comparison with other places inside the park. We travelled down from SF and arrived mid afternoon, the check in staff were very friendly and helpful, offering some great suggestions to maximise our time in the magnificent area. Our rooms were large, comfortable and very clean... More

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Yosemite. Only 20 minutes drive to entrance of the park. Rooms very clean, staff pleasant. Bedding and towels like new. Iron/board & toiletries povided. It's in a quiet area with a pool and a 50's diner next door. Food here was what one would expect from an American diner. Staff were pleasant... More
