We choosed a small tent to stay. I was much better than I imagined. The tent was very comfortable. They prepare everything for you and it was clean. The bathhouse was very clean and convenient. Nich weather and sky view. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The BBQ at the pool area was excellent.

We arrived at Evergreen Lodge to discover there had been a problem with our booking. The front line staff were excellent and pulled out all the stops. We had a wonderful time there and didn't want to leave. Do stay there and not within the park, it is great to escape the crowds of people at the end of the...

I concur with others commenting on the accommodations and facilities, all which were very clean and satisfying to return to after adventuresome days in and around Yosemite. What was most impressive to me and my family was the wonderful, enthusiastic, hand-picked staff. We encountered the welcoming, positive attitude of the staff the minute we checked in, and it was present...

I have stayed here several times. With family, with friends. One of my favorites. The cabins are nice clean and up to date amenity wise. Beautiful setting, short drive to the park entrance. If you're looking for great place outside of the crowds in the park, this is the place. Only downside is the new 2 day minimum stay. Sometimes...

As part of our honeymoon we booked a cabin expecting some quiet time relaxing in Yosemite. Unfortunately this couldn't be further from our experience. The cabins are basic but good for purpose, they are all located close together and if you are lucky you may get a view of the woods from your balcony rather than the car park. The...

I felt that we were perhaps amongst the elder guests there, so staying in a couple of vintage cabins seemed appropriate. Although priced for the pensioner, they were well appointed, clean and cosy - and within feet of a sunset viewing platform overlooking the forest. Although we are fully able-bodied, the cabins had a disabled parking bay attached to them....

I was a little concerned about the distance from Evergreen to Yosemite, but should not have worried. Evergreen is a 10 minute drive to the entrance of the park and from there there's loads to see and the drive is beautiful. We had a vintage cabin - again was a little worried as this was the cheapest option - but...

We normally stay on the valley floor but decided to stay up at Evergreen...and we can't imagine staying anywhere else again! The accommodations were beautiful, well kept, and clean, the lodge was in a great location (a 15 minute drive to the park entrance), and the food and convenience store were wonderful! We can't wait to go back!

We stayed there with our kids as part of a Backroads trip in Yosemite and had a great time. It felt like sleep-away camp with everyone in their own cabin / bunk. We had a 2 bedroom family cabin, which was very large and comfortable (though, while the bathroom was large, there is only one and no separate sink, etc.,...

This is a nice little place in a good location for Yosemite first timers like us. Reasonably close to the Yosemite valley and close enough to Tioga Pass for us, and what we wanted to see. We stayed in a couples tent our first two nights, which was cool but you definately heard everything! More noisy than the state campgrounds...
