I have stayed here before. Big rooms with clean fresh smell. Good quality at affordable rate. 200 words for a simple review is a bit much but thst is trip advisor for you. Close to the California beach and mountians. Lots of places to eat.

It's an average motel that caters to visiting Vietnamese. Rooms are in decent shape, there's a pool, but the biggest draw is LOCATION, almost in the heart of Little Saigon. Walking distance to a couple of Vietnamese supermarkets and dozens of restaurants, as well as a Target, Starbucks, Carl's Jr., 99 Cents Only store.

Very good location. Easy to go to many Vietnamese restaurants and shops nearby. Room and services are standard, nothing special. The charging of the hotel might be overprice. We stayed here for 2 nights.
