The rooms have always been clean and the rates are fairly reasonable, especially if you visit mid week; however, the rates can be high if it's on a weekend or if a convention is in town (and the Fresno Convention Center is not that far away from the motel). The downtown location is useful, especially with Highway 41 about a...

The room was clean except the bathroom tile was a bit old. Looked a little dirty and moldy. Other than that, nice room and comfortable bed. Price was reasonable. Property had some homeless walking around but didn't bother anyone. There were a lot of homeless when we drove down a few blocks for gas. El Torito Mexican restaurant shares same...

The check in and out was very fast and efficient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good variety and was restocked quickly as people arrived. The quality of the room was very good, and the bathrooms were very clean. I would stay there again.

Front desk staff is incredibly helpful (especially Rebecca), and very nice. Our room was clean, no bed-bugs...which I checked after reading a previous comment, nice flat screen tv...but no microwave, no frig. They wouldve been helpful during our 3 night stay. Great Mexican restaurant on the left, and an IHOP on the right. If you dont leave the A/C or...

I arrived at this hotel, staff didn't really appear professional. As i was checking in, i was talking to the older woman about the cleanliness of the last hotel we had jus stayed in and that's why my family left the last hotel. So she says, I'll put you In a room where i know the girl cleans very well......

Stayed for one night in July 2014 enroute King Canyon after Yosemite at US$96.05. Simple breakfast was provided but please do not expect much. No complains, can consider staying here. As it was a road trip, we always request for a fridge (not all budget hotels has) plus a room near the carpark at level 1.
