Nothin fancy but great location steps from a really nice quiet beach. Its a Mendocino style beach--wild not sunbathing style! Central to local sights, fairly friendly service. Quiet rooms, decent beds. Found a deal on some travel site so that helped with the price. FYI Internet only works near or in the office--the rooms are too far from the router...

I'm torn... the hotel was friendly and the private beach was beautiful. The rooms are out of date for sure. My issue isn't that. Behind the beds are a huge buildup of dust bunnies( I saw no evidence of critters at all I'm not squeamish I looked ) the bed spread had stains on it. That was my biggest issue....

This was an older hotel however the rooms were very big which is really nice. A little bit dated but had some small views to the ocean. The internet was basically useless, needed to sit in the car park to get basic WIFI. Was not in Fort Bragg but down the road a little.

Stopped here off the cuff, from the roadside I was a bit wary but the gentleman who saw to us was lovely. We stayed in a beach view room. The room was pretty big and very clean. Maybe mot the most modern stlye of decor but it was all functional and confortable. There was a microwave, fridge and tv in...

The best thing here is the private beach, Really cool. The place needs a good sprucing up though. No breakfast.Rooms are functional and clean. Good value for the north coast. One thing about the tv though.Over 100 channels, but mysteriously, the only channel missing was Fox News Channel. Coincidence?

The reviews I read were more negative than positive, but we felt like we lucked out. This is an old fashioned looking motel spread out in to four separate building sections around a large tree and grass area with a covered deck area and boardwalks. I would suggest avoiding the rooms by the road, but I checked them out and...

Simple but spacious room (#53) with amazing ocean view. The walk down to the beach is paved 90% of the way. Depending on the tide, getting your feet wet to access the smaller sandy cove to the left is a must. Serene meditative moments await. Those expecting a new modern Marriott type with flat screen TV's etc need to go...

This motel was probably very nice at one time, but it needs remodeling badly. The exterior looks shabby and needs updating. There were numerous things inside our room that needed repair; the sliding glass door screen was VERY difficult to lock, the chain on the door was broken and just hanging, the lamp hanging above the thermostat didn't work so...
