We chose to eat dinner on property and food was excellent. Oh, and they have a great wine list!! Go stay -...

We booked the VI and suites, not realizing that they are not in the historic hotel, but a block away in a renovated motel. Each unit is 2 motel rooms combined and renovated with full kitchen, eating area, living room, bedroom and large bath; large TV, convenient location with parking right outside and breakfast at the Inn Dining room off...

Victorian Inn - Ferndale. What a quaint and lovely B & B! We stayed in Jessica's Haven - a smallish room with fireplace and modern bathroom. A large sitting room at the top of the stairs offered hot beverages day and night as well as comfy chairs and another fireplace. We ate breakfast there in the morning - several egg...

This was a simple stopover hotel on our trip from San Francisco to Vancouver & we needed a place to stay as we wanted to spend some time in the Avenue of the Giants & view the giant Redwood trees. Well, we struck lucky - this is a real Victorian inn (built in the late 1800's, so pretty old for...

Ferndale is called the Victorian Village for a good reason. The while town is filled with winderfully maintained and restored buildings from an era gone by. Victorian Inn is no exception. This lovely inn is conveniently located in the heart of the downtown area, close to all the shoos and restaurants. You don't have to go far for a great...

What do I look for in a lodging property? Central location. Check. Unique. Check. Warm, personable staff. Check. Clean, nicely appointed rooms. Check. Comfortable beds. Check. Reflective of its surroundings. Check. And it is an added bonus if the property also has a great restaurant. Check. The Victorian Inn did not just meet, but exceeded my expectations. Perfectly located at...

The Inn was very cute and served our purpose for nearby access to the breathtaking redwoods in Northern California. We were able to secure a room last minute, but we were rushed in checkin as the front desk was closing, rushed to the dining room as the kitchen was closing, all around 9pm, when the town seems to close. It's...

We found The Victorian Inn off route 101 heading north. We were not looking for anything special on our road trip of California but managed to find this gem quite by accident and so glad we did. The quirky old fashioned hotel was different to the motel and other hotels on our journey and was a refreshing break. All rooms...
