I have not stayed at eureka rv park. I can say it is next to the freeway. Have stayed at eureka KOA however. Based on reviews an level of service i would stay at KOA. It is not cheap but staff and campers seemed friendly. KOA is also set farther back from freeway. Hope that helps.
