We have just returned from a lovely 2 week holiday not having been abroad on holiday for c. 2 1/2 years (a familiar position for many folk). In themselves hotels/resorts etc are a collection of buildings and associated infrastructure that provide a physical means of having various facilities available to guests (be that restaurants, bars, pools etc). What brings them to life and makes the difference (in my humble opinion) between the ordinary and the excellent are the people that work within these places and that's where Atrium excels above and beyond most we have experienced before (on this scale). From start to finish it was the obvious dedication, care and friendliness of the all the staff members we met who made this extra special. There are simply too many to name individually and to some degree it would be unfair to do that as there are also the un-sung heroes behind the scenes who i also imagine make this place tick so well. There were some initial teething issues directly upon arrival but these were very efficiently/swiftly resolved and resolved with a significant amount of generosity something for which we would very much like to acknowledge. This along with the general excellence of how we, and to our observations, other guests were looked after just confirms the points made by virtually all of the other reviews on this site. All the meals we had were of exceptional quality and quantity and the Asterias and Vista Mare restaurants offer that little bit extra/difference not that we didn't also enjoy the dinners at Symposium, it's a good blend of styles. As were on B&B it was nice to mix up the resort restaurant options with local (of which there are several excellent ones in the surrounding area). We would like to highlight and give a special mention the housekeeping team who (and we have no idea how) keep this place absolutely spotless. Not just our room but every area, truly an amazing feat of hard work and dedication across such a big site. So, our sincere thanks to Apostolos and his entire team.

We spent a wonderful 4 night stay for our 10th Wedding Anniversary in late June 2022. From the initial check in (we were also upgraded to a superior villa which was wonderful), to our final day, nothing was too much trouble and our experience was an absolute credit to all those who work there. The food and bars were excellent in quality with a wide variety, the staff wonderful, helpful and very courteous. The villa and pool were spotlessly clean and very spacious. Our stay was everything we wanted it to be and we thank you all very much for that. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Went to Rhodes for honeymoon and stayed in Atrium Palace in the room with garden and private pool for 2 weeks. Staff was very friendly especially Pari, Alex and Natalie in the main restaurant. They did make our stay so special and we felt like we were really looked after during our breakfasts in the mornings. Also there were great entertainments every night at the hotel. We really enjoyed band Encore as they played our first dance song we had in our wedding day for us which really did make feel like honeymoon and magical experience. Also every morning at the main restaurant they played Bond songs in the background which reminded us of our wedding as we had Bond theme wedding. There was also a nice mini market in the hotel and lovely friendly woman Tsambika who works there. She was really making our visits to the shop funny as we always had a nice chats. Hotel decorated our room very nicely for our honeymoon and also included some of the gifts and spa treatments and restaurant vouchers to make our visit special and memorable. Will definitely come back here again and stay in the same place in the future.

Me and my 8 years old son just arrived to the hotel yesterday night. I must say I travelled a lot but if you love Greece, this hotel can deliver all you expect as per the description. For me it is so far above my expectations and we enjoying our stay. Not mentioning the qualified stuff at the restaurants and bar (were so far at the pool bar) and excellent service room, we were happy that we don’t need to worry about the food (we have just breakfast deal because I don’t like to have all my meals at the hotel and want to explore more). You don’t need to book buffet just show up. All other restaurants are easily booked via app. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing, good public around. Quiet in the evening (as we go to bed early). We got absolutely lovely room with own swimming pool (as booked), no complaints about room at all. The only complaint from my son that he expected more warm pancakes, but we will fix it tomorrow :) Look forward to the rest of our vacation.

We stayed here for a week long holiday with premium all inclusive package. We had a Villa Deluxe with private pool. It offered cca 50sq.meters of space+terrace. Our 11months old baby enjoyed new spaces to explore:-) Absolutely everything was perfect. Villa was detailly cleaned everyday. The Crystal clear sea 2min. walking from Villa. The Food variety and taste was perfect, besides traditonal buffets in main Symposium restaurant there was everyday special a La carte menu as well. Chef cares about glutenfree or vegan diet as well. We have tried all gourmet restaurants. Asterias is good choice If u wish to have a romantic dinner with a sea view. The staff was high level quality. We felt welcomed and all our wishes were fullfilled with just a blink of eye. Our special thanks belongs to Natalia and Pari from Symposium restaurant, for their constant friendliness, profesionalism & excellent services. Our baby is a professional noise maker:-) They handled it amazingly and our kid loves them I am sure. We’ll come back!

We had a great holiday with the whole family. Thanks to Stratos, the bartender at the poolbar, had the most amazing cocktails and a great time. Too bad I couldn't solve the riddles, but that's probably due to the cocktails ;) . Every staff members was super friendly. Thank you all.

Returning almost every year for the last 12 years to this lovely holet. When we are there we feel like being home. Working like a Swiss clock but with a great human touch. Thanks to all the staff and in particular: The animation team with Noa's Aqua-gym classes Ioannis' coffee and orange juice, which woke us up every morning The PR Manager Savvas, who is always avalable, competent and helpful The Hotel Manager Apostolos, who is very attentive to your needs The cleaning "gang" and last but not least, Lukas' friendly smile, distributing beach towels and suggestions for your stay. Hotel has many rooms on the ground floor with direct access to garden and several pools- Sunbeds around the pools and on the beach are included in room rate. rooms on second and third floor have either direct or side sea view. Balconies are spacious and have table and two chairs each. All facilities are steadily maintained with the utmost care. It is good value for your money. Looking forward to our visit next summer!

First time to visit this hotel and it was amazing. Nothing between the hotel and the 4km blue flag beach it is located on ( and the only hotel on this beach). (bring or buy water shoes as its shingly but great). Low raise hotel set in tropical grounds with little waterfalls and places to sit and you don't get a feeling it is big. wonderful restaurants including a la carte possibilities. Many pools ( still finding some on my last day but I prefered beach). Lukas on the beach supplied beach towels with a smile while the guys in the beach bar had lovely foods and refreshing drinks. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was great and food of a high quality. Rooms were cleaned to a very high standard and when I wanted to change rooms so as not to be in a room with connecting door, I was shown several alternatives by the head housekeeper Mika. The evening entertainment was good and the hotel manager was visible and connected with guests throughout the hotel site. Nothing was too much trouble and lovely touches provided. Easy to get taxi into Lindos if you wished. Would highly recommend this hotel. Sanitiser on tables in restaurants and eating areas
