Nima was great in showing us the b&b. The room was nice, slightly dated but very clean. They went out of there way to ensure the room was comfortable (there was a portable AC unit, umm hello open the window for the ocean breeze). The location is top notch, we walked everywhere. It is about 3to4 blocks from the beach...

We loved it here. The owners are great and hospitality is their middle name. The penthouse suite was very comfortable and roomy....the breakfast spread was very yummy.....the only downside is the proximity to the train tracks but overall highly recommend!

I thought the place was quaint, a little too old fashioned like it had not been renovated in a very long time - but it would have been okay except for the fact that we found baby spiders all over the blinds and the walls, which made us believe that the room was not cleaned properly and had not been...

We're very sorry about the experience you had. We pride ourselves on keeping our home thoroughly clean, and we've never had a spider attack like this before. You arrived with a U-HAUL truck moving out of a home and we're certain that the spiders came in through your things somehow. Of course, we fully refunded your stay because no one...

Very friendly and helpful people run the place - but the whole place is a little more dingy inside than what it looks like online. The place does the trick as a bed and place to stay but not somewhere you want to hang around.

Don't set your expectations too high at The Inn at Moonlight Beach. The Innkeeper greeted us upon arrival and gave us a quick tour of the property... the one and only interaction from the innkeepers. During the week prior to arrival, expect daily emails with restaurant recommendation, rules of the Inn and how much to tip the housekeeper. The guest...

This is a unique and beautiful place to spend a relaxing weekend; within walking distance to Moonlight Beach, the train to San Diego and downtown Encinitas. The rooms are perfect and a delicious breakfast is served with class.

So glad we found the Inn at Moonlight Beach as it was a perfect "home base" for our recent trip to the San Diego area. We really enjoyed the low key check in/check out, very simple. We stayed in the SeaBreeze room and it was comfortable, not fancy or as "quaint" as some BnB's but roomy and clean. One of...

We stayed here over Labor Day Weekend and we were so thrilled to find a place with such a great location when all the other hotels were booked. We were not thrilled about spending $382 for only 2 nights but we were willing to give it a try. It was easy to find & easy to park. We rang the...

The place was clean and staff friendly. The room and furnishings are outdated. It was close to many restaurants and the beach. Not sure we would stay here again. The breakfast spread was ok, if it was not included in the price of rate, probably wouldn't have eaten there.

I arrived late on my arrival due to flight delays. I also had to get up early the first morning. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings nice. I was surprised to find little to no toiletries. This was my first B&B and maybe that is on par with others. No shampoo, one bar of soap, that was it. Luckily...
