We have been to Yosemite too many times to count. While we prefer staying in the park (Yosemite Lodge at The Falls), the availability and the cost are major factors. We have stayed in Mariposa too but staying close to Yosemite has its own advantages. You can even come back to your room for a quick nap after lunch. Yosemite...

This hotel is on the west side of Yosemite just outside of El Portal. It is in a gorgeous location with super-easy access to the park. I stayed in the Sequoia building with a river view room (groupon deal). My room was clean, the beds were terrific and the kitchenette (stove, microwave, fridge, sink, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc.)...

Due to having rebooked our stay there was a bit of a misunderstanding, which took a while to sort out. The staff stayed calm and friendly though, the room was clean, and the breakfast had a very good selection (might have been the best out of all the hotels in my 2week California trip)

We bought the Groupon and stayed here Feb 16-18, 2017 and it was wonderful. Check in was fairly simple, but we needed to show our Groupon to receive the dinner meal discount ($10 off when you spend over $40) and a spa gift bag. There's absolutely no cell service in the area, so we had to purchase wifi access to...

The hotel has a great location close to the entrance of Yosemite (about 5 minutes). The room is big but a bit dated. Also has a balcony looking out over the river. Great view. Is a great place to stay a 3/4 days.

Enjoyed our stay at the Yosemite View Lodge during a wintertime visit to Yosemite National Park! The lodge is located just outside the official entrance to the park and a few miles outside of the pass booths. The property is right on the Merced River, which during our stay was gushing with recent rain and snow melt-beautiful sight. We stayed...

Only minutes away from the Arch Rock Entrance to the park on Hwy-140, which is less mountainous and winding. The bathroom is large, has a single sink with plenty of countertop for toiletries. It also has an extra large Jacuzzi. The kitchen area features a microwave oven, mini fridge, a 2-Electric range burner. Plates, bowls, drinking glasses, wine glasses, forks,...

Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip due to illness but felt it was worth a review... I called and spoke to a very nice lady Tammy who was more than helpful taking care of our cancellation. Many hotels would have charged a lot to cancel but as we were one week from our check in date she charged only...

Made a quick trip to the valley to see all the new snow....beautiful!!!! Rooms are alittle dated but access to the park is very good and the rooms have a kitchenette which is a bonus since the only place to eat is the hotel restaurant.

We booked 4 rooms for a family. All rooms were smelled really bad, run down and deprasing. We "escaped" after one night (booked 2 nights). The location is wonderful but the hotel is horrible and treat his clients really bad. I work for a big Hotel vendor selling to Travel Agents and I will make sure the Travel Agents in...
