I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel while attending a conference in Mountain View. The hotel is spotless and the service level amazing. There is a very nice selection of wines and whiskey at the bar with a relatively comfortable out door area, although small and not much of a view. The hotel rooms are large and well...

Was here for business. Excellent experience from arrival to departure. Rooms are various sizes and configurations due to shape of hotel but bathrooms from one to the other are very spacious. Bell staff awesome! Room service staff awesome. Managers very good. It's says something about a place that you would go back and spend your own money there after doing...

Great for Business or Stay-cations. It has the style and class of a solid Four Seasons city hotel, with none of the craziness you might expect to find in some of their resorts. Even though I live 15 miles away, I've stayed here a couple times, and enjoyed it very much. Beautifully appointed rooms, good food, great service. They do...

This was my first time at a legendary Four Seasons, and while I was impressed with the room, it was a little less than what I expected. This is much more of a "business hotel" than a luxury, downtown property. Located in a business park, it is convenient to Stanford, Facebook, and other tech companies, and is tucked away in...

My husband and I were planning a long overdue night out without the kids and came across this hotel. We only stayed one night, but our experience was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, our room was so comfortable and nice and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in...

There are no words to describe the amazing experience my daughter and I had while staying here! It was our birthday weekend and we were in town for a quick 2 night stay to attend a concert. From the moment that we arrived we were in heaven! The checkin process was extremely smooth and the front desk attendant, Ashleigh, was...

Lovely hotel, decent sized rooms. Bathrooms are decent sized with a large tub with hand held shower, two sinks, but a tiny shower. It was manageable, but I would trade the tub for a larger shower stall. Beds are comfortable. View from our room was decent, highway in the foreground, but the mountains in the background. Passable. Housekeeping was so-so....

Had a short stay at the Four Seasons Palo Alto recently on business in the area. This was a very nice hotel, pretty much what you would expect from a high end luxury hotel like Four Seasons, Ritz, Peninsula, etc. Large and spacious room, large and luxurious bathroom, great amenities. I think the hotel caters to business guests mostly(it's located...

Although room 405 has a terrible view of the roof :), this is still a typical Four Seasons with great service, spacious rooms and premium bathroom amenities. Comfy bed and soft sheets. Great room service breakfast where no check signature and pressure for extra tip is required. Also a great smelling lobby!

the hotel is a luxury hotel modern design The rooms are really good Bar is great and the restaurant is very good as well. The only minus is that you need transportation to any place, however this is Silicon Valley.
