The hotel has seen better days. It's an older property. The staff was very friendly and check in was simple and quick. It has a bar and restaurant. Although I didn't eat there I hear the food is good. There are places to eat within walking distance too. The bathroom was small and the air/heating is the older style and...

I have been staying at the Holiday Inn Dublin for many years for both business and pleasure. The facility is in a convienent location with BART and a variety of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The rooms are simpple yet clean. I can't say enough good things about my experiences with the staff- they are exceptionally friendly and helpful...two...

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Dublin-Pleasanton on a recent business trip to the East Bay Area. I have stayed there numerous times and everytime is always a very enjoyable experience. The staff at this location has always made me feel right at home. They constantly are checking on my co-workers and myself. They constantly cater to any of our...

The restaurant has a limited menu but the food was surprisingly good. It's a clean hotel that has been updated. My only real gripe is that my room was dark. It would be great if they could update the lighting in the rooms to make them brighter. The workout room, pool and hot tub are all typical for a hotel...

Have held company Christmas Party and stayed at the Holiday Inn Dublin for 2 years in a row. The whole event and hotel stay were impeccable, and already planning another one. Always treated wonderfully, banquet facilities, rooms, shuttle service, restaurants are all great, and I would highly recommend to anyone. Sally Marsh

We had an excellent stay during our Thanksgiving holiday! Very comfortable, non-smoking room with terrific housekeeping each day. Would highly recommend staying at this location to anyone considering it.

My stay was fair, stayed for one night. Room is okay, but dated. Staff is outstandingly uninformed I asked what I thought were simple questions about the hotel, and was told wrong information about the spa, shuttle, and dry cleaning even though I didn't use the service. I walked by the front desk several times, and I never got a smile...

I was surprised at the affordable factor of this Holiday Inn. Most other hotels are close to $200 a night. It is located next to an Outback steakhouse. I was given a king bed on the executive wing of the hotel. The hotel is showing some aging. There is an odd smell in the corridors that I cannot put a...

I have stayed here a couple of times before and my experience has always been outstanding. However, I checked in for 1 night during the 1st week of November and it was a HORRIBLE experience. Here are the unfortunate incidents that happened: 1) I came straight from a long haul flight and drove all the way from the airport late...

I booked the hotel months in advance of my late Sept 2-night stay. I used the IHG points to get the reward rate for the room. My reservation said I booked a 2-queen executive wing room. The front desk clerk was friendly, but told me he had to check with housekeeping if the room was ready. I found that strange...

Dear Slo-Lju - thank you for choosing to stay with us during your recent trip to the U.S. It is disappointing to hear that our attempt to "upgrade" your room to provide you with a better experience was not successful. First, you are correct that the front desk should have mentioned that the upgrade included a different bed-type than what...
