This inn is a gem. I have made several trips to Desert Hot Springs and have stayed at several hotels in the area. It is my favorite and has made for the most relaxing nurturing quick break from LA. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and a feeling of calm pervades them. The wonderful mineral water pools and the sauna are clean...

Our stay at Hacienda Hot Springs was divine! Lovely ambiance, wonderful rooms (ah, those Tempurpedic mattresses), and yummy granola and fresh fruit each morning. The manager, Lane, takes considerable care to ensure that the needs of the guests are met--she is friendly and helpful, but never intrusive. As a certified curmudgeon, I am casting about for something snarky to say--but,...

They have two mineral pools you can go into. Their big pool was a little dirty (leaves and broken twigs, as well as dirt settled on the bottom.) They also have a jacuzzi which smelled heavily of chlorine. Other than that, the place was okay. Maybe I am just being a little on the sensitive side- However, I can sit...

Hacienda Hot Springs is a true Desert Oasis. Imagine a beautiful hideaway - with impeccably manicured grounds - tucked into an unlikely location. Imagine as your hostess the awesome Lane - who will do whatever she can to make your stay as awesome as possible. Imagine being within a 20 minute drive of fun and shopping in Palm Springs or...

Loved everything about it! :) Sita, the host was kind and very helpful. My boyfriend had a very pleasant stay, and loved the tranquility because we rarely ever get peace living in Los Angeles. My boyfriend and I absolutely loved the relaxing stay! Never once in the 3 nights that we stayed did we have to go out, we brought...

My wife and I have been to Hacienda four times and will keep coming back. The grounds are beautiful and the pool and hot tub are amazing, heated by the natural hot springs. The rooms are very nice and most have a private patio out back. The manager Sita is incredible. She really makes a huge effort to make you...

We've been to the fancy hotels in Palm Springs and they don't compare to this true getaway. We counted maybe seven or eight rooms in the whole place. There's mostly gardens with cozy places to sit and read. The relaxing atmosphere, mineral baths and Sita's down-home hospitality make it feel like a retreat without the schedule.

A desert oasis indeed! This gem sits in between Palm Springs and Joshua Tree Park, with views of majestic mountains that can't be beat. Desert Hot Springs is kind of an odd town, but once you enter the hacienda you find yourself in an enchanted private world. The grounds are lovely, well-maintained and dotted with local flora and cacti. There...

What a wonderful retreat! The pool and hot tub waters are healing and the beautiful gardens that surround them soothing. Every little corner of the grounds offers its own getaway. The new yoga room is a great addition to an already stress-less environment. Host Sita and her little sidekicks, Chante and Gracie are gracious hosts. I hesitate to write this...
