We stayed here in January 2017 for a wedding with my mother, husband and 3-year old daughter. Although this hotel is used for events, it does not have basic conveniences or cater to families. There is also a lack of customer service that you would expect from this type of resort. My mother arrived before us and even though we...

Went to a wedding at Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa. The hotel has a nice view of the ocean, although it is not an ocean front property. The valet staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Cole assisted us with luggage and answered all of our questions. The front desk clerks were efficient, and the concierge staff was friendly and helpful....

The Marriott Laguna Nigel is a typical Marriott hotel in decor and ambiance. The rooms are average in size and have the older Marriott decor rather than the newer, more chic style to which many Marriott hotels have been retrofitted. The pools and sauna are nice but not remarkable. The hotel restaurant is quite small and unimposing but the food...

I usually love Marriotts but I have to say, I have never been treated so badly at any hotel, Marriott or otherwise, as I was at this one. I booked my stay directly on the resort's website, even though I had found a lower rate on another site, because but the Marriott reservationist on the phone told me about the...

We want to start off by thanking you for being a loyal Marriott vacationer. We do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival. it is perfect if you do not wish to be within walking distance of the "downtown" area. beautiful views and it is a full service resort (including spa.) within walking distance to a beach, marina with shops and good coffee/bagels spot. if you are looking to "get away" it is a great choice.

We stayed at the Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa for a one night get away. Everything was great from the check-in to our check-out. The room was very nice as well as the grounds. The staff that checked us in were excellent and made a great recommendation for dinner. The Concierge made our reservations and we had a wonderful...

I am and always will be a big Marriott fan but today, they did me wrong at the Laguna Cliffs Marriott; I booked my room weeks before & upon checking in, I was told my room was not ready but they will rush the cleaning of it; they took my cell # & after a 2 hours wait no call...

We didn't get the same standard of service that we did a year ago at this hotel. We added a 3 night stay here at the end of a 12 day holiday in southern California. We didn't get the requested adjoining room with our sons as we had requested in an email 2 weeks prior to arrival even though both...

I have the opportunity to visit Southern California quite often and have stayed at many different resorts. The Laguna Cliffs Marriott was one of the nicest experiences we have had. My initial check-in was with Erin and Samantha. They could not have nicer or more helpful. This was a trip with my daughters, both of my girls enjoyed talking with...
