Had hoped for a coffeemaker but there wasn't one. The rooms were clean but sparse. There wasn't much on offer for breakfast, just cold cereal and bagels. The staff is very friendly and as helpful as they can be because they don't live anywhere near the hotel. They don't know the neighborhood.

When the temperature shot up to above 100 degrees, I decided to treat myself to a hotel even though I live in Brentwood. I normally don’t need air conditioning because the weather is always nice but during the recent heatwave and wildfire season it was necessary to stay elsewhere. I travel for business and my family were airline and hotel workers so I have flown a lot and stayed in a lot of hotels. For the rate of around $100.00 a night, I felt I got a pretty good deal. The front desk staff were alert, accommodating and very professional. I noticed the absence of a dnd sign for the door so I called the front desk to decline maid service. It was a little late and no one picked up. About 2 minutes later they called my room to ask what I needed. Then they came up and hung a dnd sign on my door while I slept. The next day I requested towels and they brought them along with more tissue, soaps, extra shampoo and paper cups & coffee. It was 104 degrees outside but my room was like a meat locker. I kept the AC at about 60 degrees for two days. The pillows on the bed were all different textures and I found one that was like a giant marshmallow. I slept like a baby. I ordered take out and the front desk called to let me know it arrived. The room was very sleek and minimalist with black lacquer furniture including an armoire. There is an LED light ring around the vanity mirror which remains very dim. When you turn it off so you can see if you get up in the night. The shower head was large with multiple settings for rain shower or power massage. Marble and glass shower with ceramic tile floor, Fuad hardwood floor throughout the room, lots of counter space and a club chair for lounging. Wide flatscreen TV with 100 channels. The sink and vanity are separate from the toilet and shower which was nice. Not bad for $100.00

I give this motel a ZERO! It is 1am Tuesday night as I write this which tells you it’s not a good night for sleep here. This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. And I have stayed at youth hostels, BNBs and motels around the world. I can tolerate a lot but this was disgusting for $120/night weekday rate. On the way to our first room, we walked by numerous people outside of their rooms, smoking and wandering around like zombies. This room had moldy carpet throughout the room and filthy walls that I don’t think was ever wiped with a sponge. We immediately asked for a room change and was given a room down further, passing by more zombie creatures. This room was also filthy, ants crawling everywhere, smoky but at least the carpet was gone. I wiped down the room with sanitizer to make it more comfortable and you should have seen the residue that came off the towel! The bathroom vanity, which is outside of the bathroom, has a light that doesn’t turn off so there is constant light in the room. At 7am we were greeted with a revving engine and loud bass that lasted til noon, which filled the room with fumes from the front door barely being mounted and you can see the outside from cracks around the entire door. The next night, I think there may have been a prostitute renting the adjoining room, along with slamming doors, loud tv and yelling. We will never stay at a Ramada or a Wyndham again. I would have appreciated a heads-up that most patrons here are either ex-cons, mentally ill and/or homeless. The online photos of clean and posh are deceiving. You have been warned!!

I would not recommend.I did not experience the value for my money. There is no difference in amenities than can be found in their sister facilities that charge half the price they are charging. They didi not even provide water as compensation even after falsely advertising that they are offering free continental breakfast.
