When the temperature shot up to above 100 degrees, I decided to treat myself to a hotel even though I live in Brentwood. I normally don’t need air conditioning because the weather is always nice but during the recent heatwave and wildfire season it was necessary to stay elsewhere. I travel for business and my family were airline and hotel workers so I have flown a lot and stayed in a lot of hotels. For the rate of around $100.00 a night, I felt I got a pretty good deal. The front desk staff were alert, accommodating and very professional. I noticed the absence of a dnd sign for the door so I called the front desk to decline maid service. It was a little late and no one picked up. About 2 minutes later they called my room to ask what I needed. Then they came up and hung a dnd sign on my door while I slept. The next day I requested towels and they brought them along with more tissue, soaps, extra shampoo and paper cups & coffee. It was 104 degrees outside but my room was like a meat locker. I kept the AC at about 60 degrees for two days. The pillows on the bed were all different textures and I found one that was like a giant marshmallow. I slept like a baby. I ordered take out and the front desk called to let me know it arrived. The room was very sleek and minimalist with black lacquer furniture including an armoire. There is an LED light ring around the vanity mirror which remains very dim. When you turn it off so you can see if you get up in the night. The shower head was large with multiple settings for rain shower or power massage. Marble and glass shower with ceramic tile floor, Fuad hardwood floor throughout the room, lots of counter space and a club chair for lounging. Wide flatscreen TV with 100 channels. The sink and vanity are separate from the toilet and shower which was nice. Not bad for $100.00

Front desk kind and courteous. Room was not what expected for what was advertised. Lampshades sat on lightbulb and was knocked off easily. Tv remote not working and did not feel comfortable removing my shoes as carpet was stained and nasty. Needs to be ripped up and redone. No microwave refrigerator coffee maker of hairdryer. Sleep well parking spaces tight. More of of motel vibe rather than a hotel vibe. Breakfast room had Oj dispenser that had no juice watered down. Cool pancake maker though. For these reasons this was overpriced !

The room was clean, which is always my first standard of a hotel room when staying there. There was no coffee maker or hair dryer. I didn’t really care about the coffee maker, but I absolutely needed a hair dryer. I called the front desk and he brought one. I also asked if it would be possible to get an extra blanket as I didn’t want to be cold. He said they didn’t have any, but gave me 2 extra sheets. The bed only had the sheet and a very thin top cover, as thin as a sheet. There were no blankets. I ended up sleeping in my sweatshirt as I was freezing during the night. I didn’t want to turn the heat up and make my son uncomfortable. I just really could have used and extra blanket. Breakfast was the standard fare of packaged danish, oranges, boxed cereal and frozen pancakes you could put in the toaster. Nothing fancy. We needed a place to stay while in town to attend Wheel of Fortune tapings and this was the best option; the closest at the best price. As I said it was clean and they were accommodating to my requests for the things we needed.

I traveled here for a meeting at a business two doors down from this hotel. My room was spacious, simple, and very clean. I stayed for four nights and I always got a good night's sleep in my very comfortable bed. The shower was great. It was very easy getting in and out of the shower stall via a glass door. The hotel was kept safe by a security guard who patrolled the small (but just the right-sized) parking lot all night. The front desk was open all night and the front desk clerk had a good view of the parking lot which helped keep the establishment safe. The housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. If I needed something, they would get it for me right away. There is a microwave in the breakfast room if one needs to warm up something. Only guests and staff can access the breakfast room by use of a key, so it is secure. Breakfast possibilities consisted of bread and toast, breakfast pastries, fruit, hot and cold cereals, coffee, tea (herbal and caffeineted), and fruit juice. There is a restaurant nextdoor the the Ramada (in the opposite direction of my meeting offices), so I was able to walk there for dinner after my meeting was finished. It is called SARA the Winebar. It has pastas and salads, including gluten-free options. Before my meeting started, I took an Uber to Sony and the Ramada front desk clerk helped make sure my car came directly to the lobby door to collect me. The desk in my room had a worn appearance that a good paint job would easily take care of. In the front lobby there is a computer and printer out in the open; however it is not a business center for guests. If one needs sonething printed, like tickets,, it seemed that desk clerks would be able to help with that if asked. I look forward to staying here at my next meeting at the facility two doors down from the Ramada since it was safe, comfortable, and centrally located for me during this stay.

This hotel was very overpriced. The carpet in the room was old and torn and the furniture was old and very scuffed. The vanity and bathroom had been recently redone and was very nice but they missed updating the front part of the room. The walls and ceiling are very thin and we could hear everything above and beside us. The free breakfast served the purpose but was very limited and the orange juice was a little brown. This hotel did not live up to my Ramada/Wyndham expectations.

Stayed there with my son. Mistake! They charged me $209 for one night when it was $160 online. Put in an end unit. The beds were OK and they were clean. However, the next morning we awoke to drilling, hammering and demolition in the units directly beside us. They started before 7:30am! And the crew took up much of the parking area all around our car. They should have blocked that wing off the hotel, or at the very least told me upon check-in that was going on the next morning or greatly discounted the rate. I travel allot but will not use Ramada again. That was inexcusable.

Friendly budget with clean rooms. They provide shower products that are not trial size and they provide a continental breakfast. Plenty of parking for regular cars and local restaurants are good. NO pool.

I would not recommend.I did not experience the value for my money. There is no difference in amenities than can be found in their sister facilities that charge half the price they are charging. They didi not even provide water as compensation even after falsely advertising that they are offering free continental breakfast.

I wouldn't ever stay here again. They didn't have sufficient wash cloths for our room and when asked they didn't have extras to provide. The TV was not working and they couldn't switch it out and the continental breakfast is less than anything I've ever experienced - even at other Ramada's. You get cereal, oatmeal or white bread for toast. no milk for drinking. no creamer for coffee. it was not anything I'll be experiencing again here.

Telephoned directly to hotel for reservation. Upon check in, I was given a higher rate. Desk clerk said "you saw the rate online" I advised that we called for reservation. He said "take it or leave" If they are not honest about rates, what else are they not honest about??? Cleanliness??

Also, a lot of room noise. Heard footsteps from room above and when someone walked past room.

Would not recommend.

I read in one review about renovations...are they being done at this time?
Answer from Debrasong

if you insist on bypassing the buyer beware post, I would call the front desk and ask them directly, and make sure that you get the name of the person you're speaking with. And when you ask about renovations, you'd want to ask about "any and all reservations on the property". They had a lot going on between the restaurant, the interiors and the common areas. I wish that was the worst part of the stay, but it was one of the least concerning issues we had.
