I bright my team of 46 student-athletes and staff to the Hilton in Culver City. I was extremely impressed with the overall services provided by Karla and Joanna. They displayed awesome customer service and made my teams and staff feel welcomed. We travel 6-8 places throughout the years and this is by far the best services we’ve received in several years. I had 15+ of my student-athletes ask about the local restaurants and they showed they really cared about the overall experience the kids would have in your community. Really enjoyed my stay. Clear communication, very clean and quiet room, comfy bed, convenient parking, friendly and helpful staff….it was great! Felt safe with the protocols for COVID, and appreciated the coffee and pastries in the AM. Will be back.
I just started traveling for business, and recently came from another Hilton. While the Hilton is always super, Elizabeth M. exceeded the standard by her awesome customer service, she also picked out the perfect room for me when I shared I had a lot of work to do!
When I went to check in on the app I noticed that I could upgrade to a room on a higher floor for 16$/night and I checked with someone from the hotel an(had received a text early in the day welcoming me for my upcoming stay) and although I'm a Diamond member as they were almost sold out did need to pay for( the upgrade. When I got to my room I noticed a noise from the bathroom fan and so went down to the front desk to explain the problem. Mo, the manager, found a different room for me despite the fact they were almost completely sold out, which was quieter and also on a high floor, 2 queen instead of 1 King but that was not an issue. He refunded the upgrade charge and gave me extra Hilton Honors points as well! Joanne at the front desk was also super helpful and had been texting with me prior to check in to ensure I got a room that I'd be satisfied with. Olga at the front desk was also very helpful when I first checked in. As I was there for a week, I needed to find a room that was quiet enough for me to sleep in and they were very accommodating. I had breakfast with my daughter at the hotel restaurant daily and loved the selection and quality of the food. The valet staff were also very helpful and friendly. Overall I had an excellent stay and will stay here again when I'm in the area.…
Hotel is nice, good location, we had awful experience with the mandatory valet parking (no self park option - so extra $42 a day plus tips) - waited over an hour for our car missing a lunch we were going to attend. Otherwise nice though lobby / restaurant area are noisy with background music at relatively high volume - difficult to converse easily.
Overall, had a great 3 day stay in the Hilton - Culver City. The room had a few minor upkeep issues (most significantly only 1 of the 4 bedside outlets seemed to work and we were a tech/device heavy group... didn't get a chance to report to hotel we were extremely busy during the stay and it slipped our minds upon departure) but the bathroom/shower were decent and the room met our basic/average needs otherwise. It was nice to have a fridge but could have used more drawers / clothes storage. The staff were what made the trip most memorable and a place we would return again! Mo(e) seemed to be leading the finely orchestrated dance that was the front of house/lobby. The man didn't seem to stop! He was everywhere day/night, making sure the guests were enjoying themselves and having a great time. Jay, bartender extraordinaire, made and amazing Manhattan to order. BM and (Oscar?) both amazingly warm servers for the lobby/bar. Kelly was the most impressive and helpful of the staff we interacted with in the restaurant during breakfasts by far, but all the staff were aiming to please and helped make our stay a pleasant and memorable one... even if we did work Jay a little too hard the first night, and may have forgotten a few things... ;-) Special shout out too, to the cleaning, housekeeping, and internal maintenance staff! Passing the support staff in the halls was ALWAYS as very pleasant experience as they were warm, friendly and always greeted us with a, "Good Morning/Day/Evening! etc" …
Since the pandemic, hotels have not treated hospitality in the same manner, except for the Hilton LA Culver City, who truly understands the fine art of making guests feel welcome. It is abundantly clear the team truly cares about their service and consistently creates a valuable experience in all aspects of the hotel. As a hospitality professional, I highly recommend choosing this property.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Friendly front desk staff (we got to meet the infamous Joanna we had read about and Malaika was great!) Beautiful lobby, great pool, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast food at the restaurant. Close to the airport and walked to the mall. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
we stayed here instead of the usual hotels next to the airport- so much nicer! and still convenient. maybe a ten minute drive at 5 am. staff was friendly and helpful. rooms were clean and modern. and the restaurant food was both very good and large portions. happy to recommend this property!
Used this hotel as an in-and-out LAX airport option. No regret about the choice at all. The hotel is modern and clean. People were friendly. The room is good enough for overnight stays. Breakfast was very Hilton style, basic and decent. Definitely will return.
