We made a last minute decision to get out of the Bay Area and the only affordable availability we found were at Mike and Kathey's Bungalow B&B. What luck! They are the sweetest most attentive and gracious hosts opening up their B&B which is clearly a labor of love for them, to guests. We can't wait to go back and... More

Stayed here with my husband last summer during the wine fest. Mike & Kathey were great hosts and very accommodating. The other guests added another level of fun too. The room was comfortable, the great room offered a little of everything to keep you entertain. And the breakfasts - oh yum! Looking forward to at least one more stay before... More

This is the third time we have stayed at Mike and Kathey's wonderful B & B and each time the experience gets better - if that is possible. The spacious and comfortable bedrooms, the location on the shore of the lake, the deck to sit out on and the hot tub to relax in and then the magnificent breakfasts that... More

I have literally stayed in hundreds of hotels and B&B's all over the world. I have never stayed anywhere where the hosts made me feel as "at home" as at the Bungalow. Mike and Kathey have thought of everything. Our room was sweet, but the best part was the grounds--with many comfortable, private spots to hang out. And the food... More

My business travel takes me on many back roads. I research accommodations that are a cut above to rest my weary head at night. While surfing the internet (including TripAdvisor), I found The Bungalow - and it was beyond my expectations! Kathey and Mike are the ultimate hosts! Their companion Shamus, a chocolate colored goldendoodle, is sooo cute! The B&B... More

The Bungalow was the perfect escape from it all. It is so peaceful and relaxing. The Bungalow sits right on the lake so swimming, kayaking, or a canoe ride are right there. There isn't much to do in the "town" of Clear Lake Oaks itself, so you have to drive if you are planning on doing more than just relax... More

Mike and Kathy run an outstanding bed and breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, the breakfast and snacks are delicious, and the location on the lake is beautiful. They even took us on a boat ride on the lake.

This B&B was such a retreat that it really makes you feel you are on Vacation! Privacy is completely found here. I am completely addicted to Mike and Kathey's cookies and ice tea (with the perfect amount of sweetness). Breakfast served in the mornings are always scrumptious. My absolute favorite was the Eggs Benedict and Asparagus. Yum!!!! The only thing... More

We stopped here for a couple of quiet, relaxing days as a break in a rather hectic road trip. We couldn't have picked a better place. Mike and Kathey are so welcoming and Shamus is adorable. The view of the lake from the deck is beautiful and we enjoyed our evenings watching the sunset. Our room was spotless and attractively... More

The Bungalow used to be a saloon and dance bar which has been carefully converted into a home, now serving as a b&b. There are three guest rooms, two with jacuzzi tubs. The rooms themselves are nice, but not particularly romantic (though the beds are very comfy and the tubs very relaxing), but the house is really gorgeous and comfortable.... More
