We just got back today, after a 2 night stay. Honestly, this was a first time for us camping or at a KOA. I say be clear in your expectations because this is clearly an urban campground. There are no woods, hiking or anything like that. The highway is definitely in hearing, and behind our "Komfort Kabin" was a large...

Wonderful place to stay. Staff is excellent and grounds are safe and attractive. Lots of activities for children, on site restaurant with good pizza and reasonable prices. Easy to find, close to freeway access and sites are easy to park in and mostly level.

We have been travelling all over the US camping and this KOA is absolutely fantastic. Firstly the staff are super friendly and nothing was too much trouble (they even printed documents for us with no charge), the tent areas were shady, each had fire pit & tables. The campers kitchen was the best we've ever seen, huge gas grill, electric...

We stayed in a deluxe cabin with our three kids during our stay and it was fabulous. Our kids loved the bunk beds and loft and we loved having our own room. It was a great alternative to a hotel room and allowed us to have quality time each night around a campfire. The kids also really enjoyed the onsite...

We had a great time at the San Diego Metro KOA. We recently stayed here with our 5 year old & our small dog & all had a great time. The campground is clean & the staff were all super helpful & friendly. There is a TON to do with kids--our son absolutely loved it.

Spent 8 nights here in the summer as part of a month in California. We stayed in a cabin for 4 which was really nice. The site is lovely and clean. The only downside to the site is the proximity to the freeway - it's not too noisy but you can see the cars from the pool. All in all...

Clean facilities, friendly concientious staff. Staff insures security of the campers. Check in process smooth. Good coffee and breakfast food available in the morning. .For a campground near a big city this was very good.

Spent 4 nights at the KOA San Diego Metro last week and had a great time. Expensive but worth it with easy access to all areas around San Diego. Good cafe, nice pool and hot tub, good shop and office staff. Well kept camping pitches with full hook-ups and BBQ's provided. Good programme of entertainment for adults and children.

RV sites are large and well maintained. Staff is professional, friendly, and attentive. Location is excellent. We always stay in a pull through, and the ones we use are long enough for our 30' trailer and 25' 3/4 ton pickup.

We stayed here for a week in October in our travel trailer. The facilities were clean and the location was great. They have a nice pool, playground, and rec room. There is a restaurant on site, that was busy but we didn't try it. We found the staff very friendly. We will be back again!
