The room itself was okay but the outside and grounds of the hotel looked like the Bates hotel. No one was in the office when we arrived and to be fair we did arrive at 7:30pm. The women told us it would be 10 minutes until she could come and give us the keys. We had driven from LA so...

Thank you for staying with us and sorry to see we didn’t earn a higher rating. Blue Sky Lodge does have an old world charm about it and there are plans to make improvements on those areas that need it. And our apologies about your delayed check-in process. As it is with small properties, sometimes we become short-staffed and fewer...

Super cute little place. The rooms have been updated but it still has the charms of '60's mountain resort. We loved the privacy of the rooms, the huge private patio and how dog friendly it was. The guest common area was great! It had a huge library of old books, comfortable armchairs and a piano! There is a pool and...

I've stayed at this place a few times over the last several years. It's got some years on it but it's quiet and clean and the rooms are spacious and have a nice deck. I like the laid back resort feel and the location is nice and quiet. There is a pool and hot tub and really nice reading room....

Bed was comfortable!! Room was clean and equipped nicely with the basics. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was ideal for walking around town and in a quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was a nice way to relax :) Good experience for a quiet vacation away with the hunny.

What a pleasant surprise! We didn't know anything about it but it was the cheapest option in the area the same weekend as the Pebble Beach Gold Tournament...everywhere else had their prices jacked up so high!! We picked up our son from UC Santa Cruz for a family weekend go get to know the area a little. This small inn...

Carpets were dirty - overall this property needs significant renovation. One manager was very competent but was handling two properties. Signs on front desk indicated "back in 5 minutes" but was really 20 minutes

It was very good. My wife and I and her little sisters made a road trip through Big Sur and stayed the night here. We loved it. The service was very effective. The outside doesn't look the best, but the inside is definitely worth it. The only push back I'd give is that the bathroom wasn't the nicest, but, again,...

We stay here every time we come to the valley. It's dog-friendly, peaceful, friendly staff with lovely pool and hot tub. We love the option of having a kitchen and often take advantage of that. We can take our dogs for long walks around and behind the property and easily walk to the local cafe. We love the Blue Sky...

Spent three nights at this clean, quiet, well maintained property. It's not fancy, but it more than makes up for it in it's Rustic Charm. Blue Sky Lodge is walking distant to a variety of Wine Tasting rooms and restaurants. The staff (i. e. Sarah & Craig) were kind and extremely helpful. And the Hot Tub was a delight. Will...
