Stayed in Green Leaf for about 4 nights. We were initially contemplating between staying in Niseko Village or Grand Hirafu but decided to try out Niseko Village first and see what it would be like. Some of the points to note before choosing to stay here. Hotel - The hotel is very nice and well equipped. The entrance to the...

This is a pricey place with no room service and limited food selection at the coffee house, the primary place for breakfast and lunch breaks. Every evening, we had to queue for the local bus or the hotel shuttle to get to town or some place else for dinner. The shuttle bus schedule was not well written and confusing and...

Thank you for taking the time to write us this review. To update, The Green Leaf Niseko Village is a lifestyle resort. The Hotel does not advertise itself as a luxury Ski resort. The services, facilities and amenities offered, are in line with a true Ski-in/ Ski-out resort if not better. The hotel offers Ski rentals, lift passes, lessons, activities,...

After multiple travel delays and lost luggage for the first 3 days of our trip the front desk staff and rental shop made us feel truly welcome (Very Genuine!). The front desk handled all communication with the airlines, and rental shop provided quality gear and great service for 2 picky die hard skiers. You need not worry about service here....

Second stay at this hotel, for ski holiday. Professional and smooth check in, 4th floor room had amazing view of Mount Youtei, and was always immaculate. Staff were always friendly but polite, and spoke good English to compensate for my poor Japanese. Buffet breakfast selection is large, and ranges from western style cooked, to European continental, and then traditional Japanese...

Receptions provide us a good information about shutter bus and hotel's facility. there are shutter buses from hotel to hirafu and milk kobo (a good dessert shop) and other resort...

Could not speak highly enough of the Greenleaf. Ski in ski out, onsen, great views. Food offering in the bar could have been a little better. Room size is good by Japanese standards. Wifi was patchy in the room and patchy in the bar at busy times.

Very convenient location with almost everything you'll need in one complex. Although the dining choices could use some improvement. However the staff at the ski rental shop weren't that friendly or helpful. Purposely rented me some very old boots even though there were several new pairs available. No help fitting them on either. The boots were so bad my legs...

We had a wonderful family holiday staying at Green Leaf. It is boutique accommodation & it is in a wonderful location to snowboard in/ snowboard out. Even though we stayed at peak season we never had to queue for the chairlifts. The adjacent personal lockers are really cool. The downstairs lounge eating area is just the best place ever to...

The hotel was a good location for lifts. There is a bus that takes you into town and other areas for free if you stay here. The onsen was beautiful. The rentals SUCK, bring your own gear, we tried to rent a upgraded snowboard and had to go to the Hilton to get one and they didn't have my size....
