Here with family, first time skiing in Japan. Service excellent, hotel clean and rooms were a good size. Great to be able to have interconnecting rooms for family. Easy to hire ski gear and access ski slopes. Access right outside door. Happy hour in bar a good place to retreat to after day on slopes as was the outdoor thermal...

This was our fourth trip to Niseko but our first at the Green Leaf. The room was good, with a view over the slopes. There is a free shuttle bus that takes guests into town which is great if you don't have a car or want to have a few drinks. The onsen (which I had been to before) is...

Ski in/out which is a plus. Friendly staff at reception. The rooms very tiny but adequate, clean, not dated, a nice lobby restaurant with happy hour at until 4pm. Breakfast buffet was ok, dinner buffet better than average, onsen was the worst I've seen in Japan. There is a good shuttle system to Hirafu. The hotel is average, nothing to...

Thank you for your review. We are glad that you had a pleasant stay with us and enjoyed our ski-in/ ski-out facilities. Very convenient for skiers and first timers to have all this service at your door step. Our room size of 24sq meters which is adequate compared to most hotels in Japan where it averages around 17sqm - 19sqm...

This is our 2nd stay at the green leaf hotel! Excellent service from the front desk as always. It's an old refurbished hotel but gives a very intimate and homely feel. Rooms are decent sized and look out onto the slopes. it is only during the buffet breakfast that you realise how many people there are staying in the hotel....

Here is the relative new accommodation and all clean and pleasant. They have connecting room that is the why I got place here next Main slope, to Hirafu. From hotel, out from ski room, you will ski down to the lift and ski down back to hotel but it is to Ski room and that was well organise. You can...

The location is very isolated - no shops or other hotels this is it. The breakfast and dinner is very big but not great quality. The service isnt great. It is expensive - eg the massage was 40% more expensive than in Otaru and so was the coffee. The place is nice and clean but expensive - but maybe that...

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. The shuttle service is complimentary and it is on a first come first serve basis. Please take an earlier bus or the Niseko United shuttle at the carpark in order to avoid delays or disappointments. We have no complaints. We stayed here for 6 nights. The room was clean and exactly what we expected. Anyone expecting large rooms at a ski in/out hotel in Japan should read more reviews and manage their expectations better. The food was pretty good for a buffet. Generally I would not care for buffet style but this was pretty good....

Very well looked after from the start, the room was kept exceptionally tidy and was in good condition. My only gripe was the lack of adequate drying facilities in the room - the radiator wasn't up to much and it was underneath a window covered in condensation. The onsen was great and not too busy and there was a good...

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Your comments into additional drying facilities will be addressed. Unfortunately, due to safety reasons related to bad weather, all gondolas in the mountain are shut down until the weather improves. However, most chair lifts are still operational at the base. The resort provides complimentary Shuttle buses to town every half...
