My husband and I spent4 days at the Hilton Niseko Village with our two teenage daughters in late March. After a very long trip wrought with delays getting from the U.S. to Sapporo, it was a big relief to be whisked into the Hilton Express van by the airport agents and shuttled on a beautiful, snowy drive to the Hilton,...

We had a great stay over 8 days in a Twin Deluxe Family Mt Yotei room in this 5-star hotel. Friendly and professional staff throughout the property. Check-in may be slow if there are several guests in front of you. Our room of 26 sq metres had a wonderful view of Mt Yotei. It was very comfortable, with a King...

Best service received at any Hilton hotel. Ski and equipment valet service was excellent Lifts were perfected located. Hotel staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were very clean and being able to store the suitcases under the bed after unpacking made efficient use of all the space.

First time to Hilton Niseko with the family for a ski and snowboard vacation. We loved being so close to the lifts and the ease of leaving our gear with the valet service. Aside from the skiing and snowboarding, the onsen was a highlight. The onsen at the Hilton Niseko is amazing! The room was small.

The staff were very helpful, in the entire hilton village. The place maybe a bit far but having kids with you, I think this will be the place to stay. If you are not planning on anything else, that ur main purpose is to ski and relax, this is the place to be. My kids can just be in the...

We enjoyed the Onsen baths after a day on the slopes. The breakfast was awesome, and the service great. The shuttle facilities were always ontime. We battled with the shuttle locations for collection from Hokkaido on the first day but soon learnt the ropes. The little street vendors in Hokkaido make awesome pizza's!!!!

The team is not well trained and was not friendly compare to other Japanese hotels that I have stayed during my one week trip in Hokkaido. They put us at a smoking floor without asking if we prefer non smoking rooms. The whole 9th floor smell terrible at the corridor the moment you came out from the lifts. I feedback...

Great onsen with best smelling soap, amongst all the onsens I have visited in niseko, with a large outdoor area with a view. If you want it hotter outside, go furthest in, away from the stairs by the little water spout. You can pay 1000yen at the concierge to visit the onsen if you arent a staying guest, so i...

Stayed here solo for a 3 night ski break. The hotel is the central point for Niseko Village and is truly a ski/in ski out property being right next to the ski lift and shop where you can rent and buy lift passes. In addition there is a ski valet service to hold your skis and boots overnight which adds...
