It is near about 7 Km away from the main town but very close to the famous Tiger nest. We stayed there from 26th Dec 2019 to 28th Dec 2019. Room was spacious neat and clean. Hotel staff was very active and polite. Food was delicious. The minimum temperature was around -4 deg C. They also provided room heater which gave us much comfort.

In the morning you will get the awesome view of tiger nest in the mountain. Hotel is away from the Paro town and it is in a quite location. Rooms are big and almost cleans, I had to ask them to change all the bed sheets as there were dust. Staffs were helpful and the food was good. The room heater wasn’t good enough to heat the whole room.

This place is a little away from the centre of Paro town but it offers a magnificent view of the Tiger's Nest from all its rooms. The place is very clean, the staff are courteous, hospitable and always willing to help, and the breakfast and dinner provided is very good. There's nothing negative about this place

Hotel location is quite far from the main town, once you are in hotel you are bound to stay in hotel room itself, as there is nothing outside but jungle, Rooms and hotel is built up with modern amenities rather than traditional Bhutanese, rooms and bathroom was spacious, though all the room have twin bed, only 1 room has queen bed and that room does not have any view, this hotel is opposite to Tiger Nest monestry, food was good, they serve indian meals, also hotel people are very courteous, we has to preponed our stay as we did not get the permit, but staff was very helpful and made all the necessary arrangements for our stay at a very short notice. overall a great stay

This hotel was booked for us by our travel agent-- Thomas Cook, wherein we had opted for the 4star category of hotels---- absolutely disappointed, with Thomas cook first for booking us in this hotel & then the hotel itself which has opened its doors just before 8months.
The surroundings are good, but its very far from the city, the spa is not ready, rooms are spacious, heater worked very well, the geyser worked well too, but the bathroom doors did not close in the 6 rooms that we had in our group, towels given were dirty, hand towels were not given untill asked for, the area overlooking our room was just left muddy --- no ambience------ breakfast was never served on time, toaster not working properly, Aloo parathas were half cooked, upma was served half cooked, not enough plates kept for buffet, bad bad bad experience for breakfast.
Dinner was reasonably a little better experience.

Jigme the barman was the only plus point in this hotel--- very warm, helpful, courteous, ever ready to go out of his way to make us comfortable.
The cultural show organised was very good.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone untill they become more professional in their services.
& For sure it's nowhere close to a 4star hotel, feel so cheated by our agents.

We were booked in a suite room. My understanding is that a suite room is supposed to be the best room but it was just the opposite. It had no balcony and were facing the backyard and was right above the kitchen. The room was full of the cooking and backyard smells and therefore unliveable. We had to request for a change to a smaller and lower priced room even though we had payed for a suite. Surprisingly the smaller room had a balcony and a beautiful view of the valley and the tigers nest. The Reception staff is untrained and very arrogant. On arrival we were told that there is no booking in our name but when we showed them our voucher they sheepishly accepted the same. A very unprofessional set up and behaviour. A welcome tea was served on arrival and we were expected to have tea out of cups which were full of flies inside and outside. HORRIBLE state of affairs.

The property is located approximately 9 km from paro town so you need a vehicle to commute, but it is a beautiful location.
Gives you a lot of space to roam around.
They have very good rooms which are big in size. Equipped with rooms heaters.
Wifi works well. Water heaters work upto the mark. Bathrooms are also very clean.

Now comes the improvement part
The restaurant serves good food but they only serve b/f from 7am to 9am and dinner from 7pm to 9pm. Nothing is available in the time from 9am to 7pm so do keep something to eat along with you.
The staff is very courteous, polite, helpful but they are not very well trained as far as hotel management is concerned so do expect a few lacks here and there but i was ok with it because of their honesty.
