We arrived here for our first hotel of a 3 week fly drive and found that apparently the room had been booked incorrectly through booking.com and instead of 2 doubles it was just 1 double. Zal at the desk sorted this and gave us a suite which was nice. The room clean and spacious. The beds were nice and breakfast...

We had a very rude interaction when we arrived. The night manager was feisty when I suggested that my family of four needs 2 double beds. Apparently it was "not his fault" that I had booked a king suite. He tried to convince me that they were all booked for the night. It wasn't until I showed him my double...

We have stayed at several places in Los Gatos in the past, and not one was as nice as the Bristol. The public areas are elegant, the rooms are large, the entire place is clean, and the breakfast is a full breakfast.

The rooms are very large. However, the décor is very outdated throughout the hotel. The large statues and paintings are very overdone and cheap looking. The room rate is very affordable. Freeway friendly, near Los Gatos. Breakfast is included. I didn't eat breakfast but my husband told me that it was average. However, nice that they include one with price...

This "Hotel" is nothing more than a cheap motel. If all you're after is a free, awful breakfast and cheap, shabby furniture this place is for you. First, it's not part of a chain. Again, it's a motel. It even has the former motel owner sign still on the entry door. There are no microwaves in the rooms, or laundry...

There are not many choices in Campbell but I was very impressed with the Bristol. The price was very affordable for that area. the hotel was clean and the rooms very nice. The staff was very cordial and the breakfast was adequate. The decor is a little strange making one feel that they are in an old European hotel in...

This hotel, was a wonderful surprise. It is elegant, without pretension. Free wifi (no password needed) and a free full breakfast buffet. Unusual attention, to detail, where you wouldn't expected it. Chandelier in our toilet room, glass glassware instead of plastic and porcelain soap dishes. Also beveled mirrors in closets, dovetailed Thomasville furniture etc; Our bed was very comfortable. The...

My colleague booked this place whilst on a business trip in SJ. It's located only 15mins drive to down town area. I have to admit the hotel has a rather strange and abstract decor. It's faux European decoration with marble, naked statues, German flags, terribly paintings is not my taste but for the reasonable price I shouldn't complain. The service...

Stayed enroute to our destination. Exceptionally clean hotel, quiet rooms even on street level, very comfortable bed and a nice breakfast selection. The decor is certainly interesting! Compared to other hotels in this area, it was a good value.
