Everything about our stay here was terrific. The cabins are charming, beautifully kept, comfortable bed, completely screened, comfortable chairs and hammock on the porch. We enjoyed the chocolate tour, the cooking class at a local home, and on-site massages. The meals were delicious. The hosts are lovely people, warm & welcoming, knowledgeable about the farm, local area, and Costa Rica...

Whether you seek the peaceful beauty and tranquility of this beautiful part of Costa Rica...the adrenaline boosting memory making hikes, horseback riding, swims in waterfalls and the on site "hidden" swimming hole...the culture and education you gain from Pablo's Chocolate tour or the caring finca workers or your dining friends from corners of the world... this is the place for...

Our first three nights in Costa Rica were spent at La Anita Rain Forest Ranch and they were the best. Pablo, one of the owners and the host was on hand to greet us and show us to our room. You get your own cabin with a wide veranda and a hammock and rocking chairs. Big comfortable beds and plenty...

Once you realise that large size view of rainforest is better than large screen TV you will appreciate every detail about the place. Houses where guests are staying are professionally done, with good size. Large bad, big bathroom, big porch with two rocking-chair (!) and chammock, and open-air "windows" secured with mosquito net. You literally experience sleeping in the rain-forest....

Although we travel frequently, we have not stayed anyplace quite like La Anita. The 10 identical cabins were immaculate. Pablo, the owner made sure we had anything we asked for - and many things we had not considered. The cabins were built so that each had privacy from the others. He made reservations for us to go horseback riding. The...

I highly recommend staying at La Anita. It is as beautiful as the pictures. The rooms are simple, but clean and very comfortable, even without AC (and I love my AC). My room (bungalow #3) lost power the first night, and the lights went out while I was showering, but Pablo was there in minutes to fix it. He was...

Who knew jaguars in Costa Rica love the perfume Chanel #5? Well apparently Pablo does -- and that just one little fun gems you'll learn from him during your stay at La Anita. La Anita is simply eye candy. The beauty of the property is breath taking, and the hospitality of the hosts Pablo and Ana is bar none. We...

Ever since our stay in March 2014, we have been planning to return to La Anita. We were finally able to return in November 2016. It's difficult to explain exactly what sets La Anita apart. It is a special place for people who like to travel and experience different cultures. The owners, Pablo and Ana, are warm, welcoming and interesting...

If you are looking for real nature experience and something different, this is your place. You can hear and see crickets, frogs, birds and other wild animals, real close to nature experience. The owners Ana and Pablo are really helpful and friendly. If you have a chance to have a dinner in the local restaurant where it is possible to...

La Anita was the first stop on a four week trip to Central America, and I wish I had saved the best for last. We went to many beautiful places, but the finca was truly a magical paradise. Besides the natural beauty of the surroundings, the accommodations were sweet and clean and we had a wonderful porch to relax on...
