This is a simple and basic hotel ok for one-night stay. The room feels tight and is equipped with a ceiling fan even through a ventilation fan to bring outside air in would make more sense. There is a desk at the corner but they don't provide outlets near it to charge your electronic devices. The wifi works well. The...

We stayed at the motel on our way up north for one night. The reception was very friendly and helpful plus the bed was comfortable. The rooms were kept clean and probably had be recently renovated. Necessary toiletries were plentiful. All in all a good stay.

Good Hotel for a quick overnight. Management very helpful about getting the parking for Moonstone beach and directions were spot on. Free use of hotle bikes is a bonus. Less than 2 miles to the beach. Easy to walk into town, but no "real" sidewalks for a bit, but that is very brief. Had not visited in years and I...

Rooms are a reasonable size with in room refrigerators. There are, however, no microwaves in the rooms, but the friendly staff at the front desk allowed us to use theirs. There is an on site ice machine behind one of the buildings (near the fire pit/seating area and the parking lot). The rooms were alright, but could use a slightly...

We did not actually stay here; we booked online (not thru TA) because it was only reasonable dog-friendly motel in Cambria with available rooms for dogs for one night on Columbus Day weekend, that website said. When we called Cambria Palms' front desk to confirm, clerk said they had no pet-friendly rooms left. A disappointment.

Room clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Appreciated being offered wine glasses. Close to some nice restaurants. An old-fashioned single level motel where one can park right outside the door to the room. Very convenient.

Place looks like an old style motel. I was pleased that the room had wooden floors and a nice bed. Light fixtures and fan were a modern update. Bathroom was basic. If you are wide then you will have trouble fitting in the shower. No phone in the room. Wifi worked. Pleased with the value. Paid a little over $100....

We visit every year for the Pinedorado festivities. The Palms is a simple motel, but clean and inexpensive. We always have a great time sitting around the fire pit roasting marshmallows. Best of all, it is a short stroll to all the great downtown shops and restaurants.

Bummed for sure. I thought this place looked cute in a sweet location. The location was great, but.... The room was nice and clean...with the exception of the bed. It was horrible. No sleep begin. I knew it was a motel so expected the cars parking in the front. I didn't know it was backed up to an alleyway to...
