This is definitely a dog friendly hotel. One will become immediately aware of that fact when making a reservation and they ask for the name of the VIP ~ Very Important Pooch! When checking in they also provided a basket for our dog which included doggie treats. The room was very clean and big enough for two adults and one...

We like to travel with our dog and stayed at this inn years ago when we visited Hearst Castle and it was such a memorable experience, we decided to stay again as we traveled up the coast to San Francisco. We were traveling with family and two dogs this time and this place is ideal if you want to break...

We took our two teenage kids on a mini-vacation on the coast. This hotel was awesome! The room was super clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed the basket breakfast every day. We enjoyed the brownies and a glass of wine while sitting in the adirondack chairs watching the sunset. My kids enjoyed the brownies while they played card games. It...

Was in Cambria for along weekend with friends & had the pleasure to stay at Cambria Shores Inn. It's a beautiful setting right across from the ocean. The rooms were expensive, but scrupulously clean. The bed was comfortable. The fireplace was a welcome addition. Each room had a mini fridge which was great because the breakfast basket was completely lame...

My wife and I recently stayed here with our dog. My first impression of the property was that the main office was a bit crowded. When we went to check in there was another couple there and my wife and I could barely sit on the couch without bumping into the other couple. Once we got checked in we went...

Love the motel..only slight negative...after a long drive needed to pee and the nice lady that checked me in was a bit slow in allowing me to use the restroom. Might have been my perception. The rooms are comfy and bed has lots of blankets and a wonderful comforter on top. Gas fireplace with a timer..great for sleeping. The air/heat...

We stayed at Cambria Shores Inn for three days this week and would recommend it to anyone looking for a really comfortable place to stay in the Moonstone Beach area. We were in Room 13 which has a wide ocean view (see photos.) The king bed was extremely comfortable. The room had a fireplace, flat screen TV, quiet fridge and...

Make sure you ask for Ocean front room. After a long drive from Monterey this was a breath of fresh air. Nice place overall. Cute little town not far away. Service was good. I was scared after reading the previous comments but that was not my experience at all.

My boyfriend and I always stay here when in cambria. We usually are able to book the king room with the patio, which has a partial view of the ocean out the back. The fireplace keeps the room especially warm in the winter months ( we like to go during off peak periods). Easy access to the beach and the...

Cambria Shores Inn has by far been the best place we have stayed at on our road trip!! Recently remodeled, the attention to detail is fantastic! The staff truly made us feel like we were their guests! Breakfast is delivered to the door in a picnic basket and it has muffins, bagels, fruit, orange juice with silverware and cloth napkins....
